Make this a regular stop in Reston Town Center. I had the Beef Wellington which has the beautiful flaky crust surrounding the perfectly cooked medium-rare filet mignon. The side of sauteed garlic spinach is delicious as well. I paired it with a bottle of my favorite French Bourdeaux, Haut Medoc, and it is an outstanding meal.
