Had not dined at Brio in a few years, we arrived a few minutes early but were promptly seated, our waiter came by with water and introduced himself and made us feel at home. Dinner was great, I had the grilled salmon and my wife had the risotto with shrimp and scallops, both were well delicious. We’ll be back soon.

The food was incredible, my only comment, we ordered appetizer, soup and salad first, they rushed those out on top of each other. Then a very long wait for the Med-rare steak to come out. They should have better spacing between appetizer, soup and salad.

Our waiter was very attentive the whole time. Food was cooked fast and hot. I didn’t like the baked shrimp scampi and my waiter offered to take it off the order and let me choose something else. I opted for the classic cheeseburger and fries and it was made hot and fresh in less than 10 minutes. I enjoyed my new years dinner and would definitely recommend.

We sat on the screened in patio at sunset and the view and ambiance were pure Florida gold. The food was delicious. No kids menu but simple enough pastas that you will do fine here with well behaved grade school and above. Son (11) loved the spicy rigatoni. Husband loved the stuffed peppers. I had a bowl of the bespoke pasta e fagioli soup and nibbled off the rest of the family’s plates. We will 100 book again when back in Ft Lauderdale.

My husband and I ate at City Fish Market this past Friday night. We had reservations, arrived on time, and were seated around 10 minutes after we arrived. We were given a beautiful outdoor seat. It was very crowded but easy to hear the server and each other. My napkin had a lot of cracker crumbs on it, but oddly seemed otherwise clean. Our server was attentive, but not intrusive, and seemed to really care about our experience. He was knowledgeable about the food and his recommendations were excellent. We never received the bread other tables received, but we ordered a couple of appetizers (oysters and ceviche, both excellent) so we didn't need it anyway. I had the Chilean sea bass and my husband had the swordfish. Everything was delicious, very well prepared and beautifully plated. It's definitely not cheap but the price was reasonable for the high quality of food we received. We would absolutely return.

Tonight’s Snapper Oreganata includes a large piece of fish, cooked perfectly and delicious with rice and so-so green beans on the side. The Haddock with horseradish crust melts in your mouth. The Veal Chop Parmigiana is pounded to a perfect size and beautifully seasoned. Jaqueline gave attentive and gracious service. Beautiful restaurant and great meal.

Our first experience at Carmine’s was fantastic. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and taken to our table immediately. We were also had our 4 month old with us on her stroller and that was not an issue. They set up a table for us and a place to put our stroller with out any issues. The food was amazing, best Italian food we had in a while. Our server Carlos was amazing and very attentive, always had a smile. The restaurant was very busy but somehow the staff made us feel like we were the only one there. We will definitely will be coming back soon!!!
