It was good. We were looking for someplace that replicates Punch Pizza from Minnesota. This was close but not quite there. We can speak highly of your place although we will try other local wood-fired pizza places to see if they are closer to the pizzas at Punch.

We attended a Wilson Daniels wine dinner on 3/20. Each course was so flavorful and creative and went very well with the selected (mostly European) wines. I really enjoyed the wines as I don’t often get the opportunity to drink wines from Alsace, Spain and Hungary unless I’m in Europe. It was our first time at this restaurant and such a great experience! We had a very fun table and enjoyed the evening so much! Being able to purchase the wines we drank was an added plus! Both the chef and the wine rep provided great details for each course and pairing! We can’t wait for the next wine dinner! Thank you!

Had a table reservation via Open Table, but decided to sit in the bar due to the March Madness. Superbly enjoyed the Brussel Sprouts and other appetizers. Additionally, Ed the bartender kept us entertained with his banter and basketball savvy! Next time, I'm ordering a double order of sprouts over a bed of white rice....can't wait.

Finally, an incredible dining experience in OMA. The restaurant has a daily tasting menu, a prix-fix menu and of course, regular selections. We had the occasion to have a wine producer from Italy onsite for the pairings with the chef's tasting menu and it was fantastic - great flavors, presentation was amazing and I know whenever a chef can deliver a masterful grilled octopus, it's a winner in my book.

Dish is one of our favorite restaurants in Lincoln. The menu is creative and the food is always excellent. Our service last night was also excellent. Under ordinary circumstances, I would have rated the restaurant a 5 so feel I should mention that over the last year or so, the chef has received considerable and well-deserved recognition, and this recognition is not without its downside. In particular, the activity and noise level in the dining area can be distracting.
