pasta is so fresh. Lots of great things to choose from.
We've had mixed feelings about our most recent visits. Mussels were a little fishy tasting, Cesar salad and bread were delicious, main meals ok. Its the second time for hit or miss. Disappointing.
Great place for an anniversary dinner. Delicious food. Outstanding service.
My husband and I, looking for a relaxing and enjoyable evening, chose Valenza. Most favorite evening to dine at Valenza? Wednesday when Joe Gransden performs. Impressive trumpeter and vocalist. Highly recommend! The food is delicious and attractively plated. Recommend the Buratta, Pappardelle, Spaghettini, Tiramisu and Chocolate Pudding. If you are so inclined, my husband reports the Negroni is one of the best, and the red wine from Montepulciano is wonderful. Recommend Enzo, the Server.
He is professional, friendly and helpful. Relaxing and enjoyable evening? Mission accomplished.😊
Overall everything we ordered was delicious, full of flavor, and hot! The Pork Saltimbocca was fabulous as were the mussels.
The spaghettini with the meatballs is amazing!! The mussels are definitely shareable or a meal in itself and they are delicious!! Our service was also great. The manager also stopped by our table to check on our experience and that is always a nice touch. Will be back soon!
Wonderful atmosphere though the main course pasta dishes were just mediocre.
Fine dining is all about the service. Our waiter had zero personality, couldn’t help us with the menu, and generally could have cared less about our experience. Food was good... but it’s not just about the food.
Good but loud. Waiter rushed us a bit.
We are regulars at the restaurant and ot was fantastic. The last time we were there was no exception. The food is amazing and the service accompanies how great everything always is.
One of my "go-to" restaurants that never disappoints. We went very early and it was quite pleasant and quiet. From experience, the noise level does go up considerably during prime time. I highly recommend Valenza.
This is our "go to" place for date night! We love the food and atmosphere...it really is a neighborhood gem...and you can't beat the service there...they always make you feel like family!
Lovely evening dining on the patio. Wonderful
Birthday celebration with good friends. Food was delicious and the service was wonderful!
One of the best Italian spots in Atlanta... and coming from the north, that's hard to find! Love the outdoor patio... food is amazing... Daniel our server was terrific! Brought friends here for their first time and they loved it too. One of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta!
Great atmosphere and food
Great service, food was awesome, staff was very attentive to detail, 10/10 experience
Do not go on Wednesday night. The band is disgusting. Loud lousy music. I would never return to the restaurant except I found out no music on Wednesday
I love ALL the pasta dishes, but the scallops are exceptional and always recommend to my friends who are staying in Buckhead/Brookhaven area for business!
Delightful experience. The outside patio had a lovely ambiance and the food was delicious. We will return.
Josh great server. never rushed made excellent cocktails.
kitchen preps were great and bottled wine was excellent
will return again
Very cozy and comfortable place. We enjoyed well executed meals with attentive service. We also appreciated the live music on a Wednesday!
Great place to eat good fare in a relaxed atmosphere. Wait staff is the core strength of the establishment—patient, knowledgeable, professional, personable. Wine prices a bit dear. No attempt to pair wine with meal choice. Not a venue to sit at bar for a drink. Will continue to frequent quarterly for the killer meatballs—a bargain.
Great food and wine. But the best part is the ambiance and the service!!! Highly recommend!
Valenza is consistently terrific, and even better on half price wine night. Service was attentive but not overbearing. We (book club) met for dinner, and sat in a little tucked away room near the bar that was absolutely perfect for a book club discussion. We could hear and see the vibe, but were able to carry on a private discussion.
I believe that Valenza is one of the best restaurants Atlanta has to offer. When you look at the quality and value of the food, ambiance, staff personality and just your overall experience whether sitting inside the warm and cozy dining room or outside on the beautiful patio, Valenza is hard to beat. We have dined at Valenza multiple times and have always enjoyed it without question. This past Sunday night though was absolutely perfect! Our reservation and seating requests were fulfilled, our waiter Christopher, was one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of working with, and the food was delicious to the highest level. Two of our favorites are the caesar salad and the butternut squash ravioli. It speaks volumes when a restaurant is able to maintain their signature level of hospitality and outstanding food preparation/presentation, allowing us to enjoy all the wonderful flavors their dishes have to offer even on a very busy Father's Day. Thanks Valenza for a perfect night!
The food was amazing and our server Christopher could
not have been better. What a great experience!
The rabbit, butternut squash, and all desert options were wonderful. Amazing experience. Favorite restaurant in Brookhaven.
Great little spot. There’s live music on Wednesday.
Excellent as usual!
The noise level is very high , hard to have a conversation
Always love having Anthony as our sever!
The food was excellent but the service
Third visit. Love the food and ambiance. Unlike the first two visits, this time the service was poor. Waiter was inattentive and had to be asked more than once for certain things. The other waiters we have had here were excellent. We will still go back and we will continue to recommend Valenza to others, but I hope this waiter starts providing better service or finds a different line of work.
Great food. A bit noisy. Pleasant, attentive staff.
My 5 yr old son & I have been having mommy/son dates here for years. This restaurant is like home for us - been a part of our lives for almost a decade now. Great food, service, atmosphere. Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant.
We found nothing special to recommend this restaurant. The bread was unmemorable, the salad like so many others - lettuces with over salted dressings, and the entrees ample but not to our liking. I ordered the agnolotti which I found to be too-large blobs of "ravioli" like pockets overfilled with rather tasteless boiled beef short ribs in an watery soup. The menu has not changed much over the past years, but the execution has gone down. The noise level made conversion almost impossible. It will be a while before we try Valenza again.
Great meal, great service. If they would only add "flourless chocolate cake" to the nenu, I would gave had dessert there as well.
Always love this place...even tried a new wine this week Anthony suggested!
