   We love to go you Via Brasil. Last night I took our son in law and my husband’s birthday. We had 2 of my grandchildren with us. I was happy to learn that there was a kids menu for a great price. It even included cookie dough and decorations to decorate the cookie then bake it. So cute!

   Me and my wife went on this night, she really liked the salad bar, had plenty of different things, lobster bisque soup was real good, the endless meat selections were fantastic, we were so stuffed when we left. We will go back again.

   Very busy Saturday evening. Staff was courteous. Three side items selected delivered at end of meal. The lobster bisque was not a great experience. Meat selections did not cover the entire list provided. Carvers were frequent and friendly.

   We have eaten here several times and we are never disappointed. The food is plentiful, very tasty with wonderful presentation. The service is excellent, they are very willing to answer questions and ensure that your experience is good.

    We came in for happy hour and several of us had the salad bar. The watermelon has changed - not to the better. The chicken wings weren’t great in flavor, and they were a change. The carpaccio wasn’t kept stocked. Mixed reviews.

    We started with drinks at the bar while we waiter for our table. The traditional Caipirinhas were wonderful, though I don’t recommend the strawberry flavor as it wasn’t my favorite, but my husband enjoyed the Kiwi flavor. We got to our table and our server greeted us. We then headed to the salad bar, which was really good. We flipped out cards to indicate that we wanted meat and it started to come around shortly after. All of the meat was wonderful. It was Valentine’s Day, so they provided a complimentary bottle of wine. We had already been drinking so we left it sealed so we could take it to go. In addition to the meat being really good, so were the sides of spinach, mashed potatoes and fried bananas. Now comes my gripe… after her initial greeting, our server never once came back to our table, despite us watching her serve adjacent tables… Eventually, another server stepped in to take care of us, who was wonderful and very accommodating. Shortly after he started helping us, a woman with a tablet came over and asked us how we were doing. I briefly explained that we hadn’t heard from our initial server, and she proceeded to completely insult my intelligence by informing me that the “the person who seated you was a host.” She said this despite seeing the bottle of wine on our table indicating that we had already been seen by a server… I was extremely taken aback, because I felt it was rude of her to explain basic restaurant roles to me as if I hadn’t dined out before. Despite being extremely turned off by the woman with the tablet, we continued our meal and enjoyed all of our food, while receiving great service from our backup server. The Brazilian donuts were also absolutely amazing! I’d definitely come back, but I might do so on a day where there wasn’t a risk of being ignored by my server. I want to make it clear the the only reason I am leaving such a positive review is because our backup server completely redeemed our experience.

    Poor service, bad experience. Been going there twice a year for over 12 years on feb 14 and anniversary’s and even had a small wedding there in 2017. Meat was over cooked and dry. Sides are half the size from previous years. Smallest I've ever seen. Asked for refill of bread and was just ignored to the point we just decided to pay and leave . Will not return.

    It’s via Brazil but the menu lack on Brazilian flavors. Almost nobody speaks Portuguese, as I was told, only the back of the house speaks Portuguese. The lack of identity could lead the restaurant to be any country steakhouse. Nothing special about it.

    Family gathering welcoming new grandchild. Thank you all for the warm welcome. The servers were attentive and suggested menu items to pair with our entrees. The chef at the omelette waffle crepe station suggested fresh fruit toppings to enhance the flavor of my crepes, made to order! The chef serving the meats presented options on the cuts of meat generous portions,asked if We had special requests. Our family enjoyed our celebration. We look forward to return in the future.     Service was amazing all the staff were so attentive, getting us new plates, filling drinks, asking if we had any special requests, etc. Most of the food was good too although I wish there were some meats on the cold bar like salami to go with the cheese.

    As usual, this place does not disappoint. I brought a group of girlfriends just to enjoy Sunday brunch we had the time of our lives. The food is amazing, the drinks are in list and bottom list, and the service is always on par. I cannot recommend this place enough.

    Excellent option as always. The staff is always friendly and asking what meats you want and the temperature you would like it at. Also Adam and Anna always check in to see how your experience is going. They make sure you are having a great experience in each and every aspect. Been our consistent place for the past decade.

    We went for New Year’s Eve and had a reservation. Unfortunately they were seating people with reservations 45 min to an hour AFTER their reservation time. The food is always good there but why have people make reservations if the restaurant cannot keep them? I guarantee it would not be acceptable to the restaurant if I showed up 45 min after my reservation time.
