   Absolutely amazing experience has always. The servers were great to bring the food at the temperature we like, which is medium rare. Also, they came and checked to see if we had any request. The owner, Anna Gomes also took time to check on us to make sure if there’s anything else we needed during our visit. We will continue coming back here for both brunch, dinner and special events.

   We came for Mother’s Day dinner, this was also noted on the reservation. Not one person recognized my wife. This was the start of the rest of the night. Seated after a few minutes, in the upper area that my grandfather had to go up steps vs on the main floor (seating was available). Server comes and informs us of the experience, then a few gauchos, but a rotation of the same 4 meats, then a 35 min delay of no meats. The manager came around said it was going to be delayed because they were putting on meats, seriously just sounds like they were not paying attention. I asked 5 different servers for lamb chops and garlic steak and about 7 mins later some slices show up on a plate that were well done like beef jerky and not on the stick they are supposed to carve. Lamb chops never showed up and have enough of this. I asked for the check and then magically our server starts to say he put in the order and they were busy. He said “when you told me, I put the order right away” I responded “what about the last 35 mins that you never came by, or the 5 different servers I also asked?! Just give me the check so we can leave.” For the price and the service, completely a waste. I was looking forward to this restaurant and wanted to come on a special occasion. Been to fogo a million times all across the country and should’ve just gone there instead. I hope you have a better experience then we did.

   Two of my girlfriends friends and I went to Via Brasil to celebrate Mother’s Day and had a wonderful experience !! We tried the shrimp, grilled mozzarella cheese, top sirloin, prime rib , and Turkey wrapped in bacon. Everything was delicious!! Our waiter, Jason, was very friendly and attentive . We had the Chocolate Mousse for desert , it is out of this world delicious !! Via Brasil has always been at the top of our list of favorite restaurants . Always consistent , food and service is wonderful . Beautiful decor and the salad bar is the BEST ever !!

   Complete chaos during Mother’s Day, the manager/owner was snapping her fingers at other employees and yelling at them, she also gave away another customer’s reserved table. The place was understaffed, I usually have good service overall here however this was not the regular experience. The servers were trying their best however management really dropped the ball. They just simply could not keep up with business. They had excuses on why everything was taking so long.

    We were seated 30 mins past our reservation time. They put water and side items, took our drink order and I asked for bottomless bellini. I got the first bottle after 20 mins of being seated. Hardly any server for meat passes by… nobody refilled our water bec our server is nowhere to be found. When i finally saw her, i asked bout my Bellini. After an hour of sitting, only 4 meat serve r passed us. After i finish my 1st Bellini coincidentally our server pass and i asked for refill. didn’t get my 2nd bellini until i asked for check. Horrible service. I know it’s Mother’s day and they are busy but service shouldn’t be this badly especially for a $40 per person brunch.

    They were extremely busy today and the noise level was high because of this, making it somewhat difficult for conversation. Service was good though not as attentive as other times we've been there, again probably because it was so busy. The food was excellent, as usual, the meats grilled to perfection.

    I have been to this place several times. All the other times, this has been an excellent place to eat. However, this time, not so much. We went the day before Mother's Day for an early Mother's Day celebration. We were seated, and drinks came out promptly. Our server was Alex. Soon, the meats started, or should have started. The only person that came by regularly was Julian. We asked Julian for some specific meats, five in total, over 1 1/2 hours we were seated. Two came in about 15 minutes. The third took about an hour, and we have yet to see the last two. We ordered two sides, and they took about 45-60 minutes. Julian and Alex would check on us and ask if the requested items ever came. Both looked dismayed when we answered no. If it weren't for these two men, we would have only gotten sirloin, bacon-wrapped turkey, and sausage. Ultimately, we asked for the bill when the staff cleared our dishes. The bill was the only thing that came quickly. LESS THAN 60 SECONDS. When the manager came by and grabbed the payment, I told him the bill was the only thing that came fast, and if it weren't for Julian making an effort, we would've walked out. The manager just stared at the bill, said, "I'm sorry service took too long," and walked away. A one-off experience? Or this is how it will be continuing forward?

    We love going to Via Brasil's Happy Hour. The Brazilian Tapas are enjoyable. You can add the food bar which includes Salads, Charcuterie, Brazilian Meat Stew, Soup, etc for around $20. Our tab for a few tapas, 3 salad bars, 5 bar drinks, & 1 dessert came to less than $125 for our party of 4. Only complaint is Margarita was only a couple of sips, because glass was fill top to bottom with ice. Other drinks were great!

    This was my second time coming to this restaurant and first in over 5 years. We were greeted by the host and quickly sat. We met Fabian who was genuinely a nice guy and made sure our experience went smoothly. The servers and carvers were on point. I can’t wait to come back!

    We love coming here for Sunday, brunch and for dinner. This time we were here for Sunday brunch and enjoyed all the meats plus the salad bar and the breakfast station. The Nutella crêpes are always great that we get made. The prime rib and top sirloin are always on point plus the owner Anna always comes and sees how we are doing. The staff is very friendly also as they bring the meats out at the requested temperature.

    One of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas, all our special occasions are at this restaurant. This visit on Easter Day 02/09/2023 at 3:30 pm was totally different! The service was unprofessional and very slow, the appetizers were bad for the first time, the quality of meat wasn’t like always. Just being at the restaurant for 45 minutes only the workers started asking us about the dessert. That’s mean (to finish and leave as soon as possible)!!!!

    I am a Summerlin resident and a mother with two children. We have been coming here at least 1x per month for two years. It felt like a blessing to find a place to celebrate holidays with our family and come in for Sunday brunches. We even invited our newly married friends from Henderson to come to our new favorite restaurant. At the end of that meal, we split the check in half and both gave credit cards for our portion of the $450 bill!! I realized upon getting my portion of the bill that they charged adult price for my 7-year old child and 12-year old daughter. I brought this to the waiters attention and she said she would get it resolved with Anna and Adam who I have come to find out are the managers and owners. Their solution to fixing the issue was not voiding the check but instead they wanted to recharge my card and said they would not process the previous charge to my card when they closed out the checks at the end of the night. I kept an eye on my credit card and to my surprise I was charged twice for both pulls on my credit card. Because we have been coming here so often, I thought I would go directly to the restaurant and get the mistake corrected instead of filing a dispute with my credit card. We made reservations for Easter Brunch, I’m all dressed up with the kids and politely asked to speak to a manager about the double charge when we were sat at the table. They sent another manager we haven’t met and he looked at my card statement to see the double charge. Next, Anna aggressively approached me at the salad bar and said they voided my friends bill instead of mine so that’s why I was charged twice.When I said that’s not right for your mistake to be my financial overcharge! She said “GET OUT” and marched over to our table and said leave to my kids! Anna Grabbed my kids plates and drinks and told the servers to stop serving us! Horrible humans and disgusting customer service. Ruined our Easter! Shame on you Anna and Adam! One word. KARMA 🙏🏻

    I love coming here, and will use any excuse, but my most recent experience was awful. The meal started out great, as usual, but then they stopped meat service half way into our meal and we were left for 30-45 minutes without any service, or any meat being offered to us. No drink refills, no offers to order anything. This was about 30 minutes before closing, and not long after, a table near us had been seated. A server finally came over to us and asked if we wanted to order any meat from the kitchen, which we did as we were not finished, and this meat took ages to come out. We were very disappointed and will not be returning for a long time, if ever,as I don't want to risk wasting my money again and there are other options for Brazilian Steakhouses.

    We love to go you Via Brasil. Last night I took our son in law and my husband’s birthday. We had 2 of my grandchildren with us. I was happy to learn that there was a kids menu for a great price. It even included cookie dough and decorations to decorate the cookie then bake it. So cute!
