Such a great experience, delicious menu, and friendliest staff in the West end.

Been here with family a few times. We actually don't drink but the food menu is decent. Always great fresh oysters. Our 13-yr old daughter likes the lobster nachos. Service is always very friendly.

We always have such an amazing experience at the Vin Room. One of our most favourite places to go. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. The food is delicious, the service is always so great, you even get a check up by the chef to make sure everything is good.

Visiting the Vin Room is like being welcomed home. Not only is the food and service outstanding, but we were treated like valued members of the family coming home for dinner. Their COVID protocols are outstanding and it is wonderful to be out and feel safe.

Nice overall but must we dine with children? Since when are kids allowed in bars and restaurants? Just not what I want when I go out for drinks.

As usual my friends and I had a wonderful time at the Vin Room West. The food was so tasty and fresh. The service was top notch and the relaxing ambiance was just what we needed at the end of a long day. This is one of my fave places to enjoy good times and great food with friends. Until next time!

We celebrated our anniversary and it was awesome.

Food was absolutely delicious. We had oysters, crab cakes and rack of lamb... all we very well prepared. The staff was fun and friendly and provided great service too 😊

We had a great time, the food was excellent. The only thing my husband wished the portions were bigger but other than that we will definitely be back.

We had a reservation and were seated in the loft area which had very little ambience and more of a cafeteria feel. Service was fine, nothing above average. My dinner of Beef Wellington was good however, my spouse had the Japonese fried chicken which was very one dimensional and frankly disappointing. Overall value for the money we spent was not there.

Great meal and service at Vin Room West. Pride in their food and the work they do. Do great job in social distancing and keeping the place safe for patrons. Had the duck and my wife had the lamb. Both were outstanding. Had fun with the wine flights. We got both the white and red options and was a great way to try out some new stuff. Our server had great knowledge and was able to help us select some great wines based on his recommendations. Would definitely go again.

We enjoyed our rare night out as a family. The service and attention were good and we enjoyed our meal. It is nice that we are able to take our 9 year old with us to this restaurant. The food was excellent and we look forward to our next visit.

Absolutely delightful! Had lunch with a good friend and while there really wasn’t a lunch rush (middle of the week in a pandemic) tables were well-spaced and service was wonderful. We even got complimentary mask cases. Food was delicious and we treated ourselves to two different reds from Vin Room West’s extensive and excellent wine list. Looks like they offer a really affordable take home menu and they even have a free three course “fur baby fare”menu (if I had a pooch...what a nice perk). Will definitely try the Date Night In promo—REALLY good deals!! Check it out.

Food is consistently good and staff are engaged and professional. Our food was a bit slow as there was a bit of a rush in terms of simultaneous orders, but they communicated that to us. They offered us complimentary mask storage cases which is a nice idea but I'm not sure they'll go to that much use. Still, nice to see them trying.

Overall, a really nice night out. Hope to see them come thru this crazy time!

Tried several small plates, none were particularly amazing. The pork in the pork belly salad rolls was thin, lean, and dry. Steak bites were overcooked and were few in a sea of mushrooms. Service was also mediocre, our server seemed to have trouble keeping up with the tables he had and only visited us 2 or 3 times during our 2 hour dinner.

Used for family dinner. We enjoyed the wines and foods very much. Our children also liked the kids menu. Atmosphere was great.

Went for wine and appies. Had two tasting size wines which were delicious and the server was knowledgeable and let us linger for a couple of hours. Had a charcuterie board, cauliflower bites and crab cakes. Would have liked to see 3-4 crab cakes for the price. But they were tasty. Would

We hadn't been out for a very long time, so it was such a treat to have great service and food that was fantastic. It was nice and relaxing, and the food came at a perfect pace. We cannot wait to come back and try some more items that were on the menu.
