Great food and service. Restaurant needs some updating and brightening.
My wife and I had dinner with a dear friend of ours on Friday night, and I walked away unimpressed. To say the food was "fair" was kind to say the least. Nothing that any of us ordered that night was terribly impressive with the exception of dessert. The cheesecake, the chocolate cake, and the crazy cake were all excellent. The stark contrast between the appetizers / entrees and dessert was such a stark contrast, I couldn't help but wonder if the same kitchen produced them. If so, people would be better served stopping in for dessert and saving their money on the rest. On the plus side, the service we experienced was good. This was sadly little better than going to Carrabas or Olive Garden. I have to believe that there is better Italian in the area, because this wasn't it.
Cozy restaurant with wonderful Italian food!
Great service too!
On 2 recent visits the food has not been the same. We wanted to try one more time and it still hasn’t improved. We have enjoyed going to Vincents but won’t be returning.
Amazing food and service. Melissa our waitress was so good to us.
Excellent food, great service and reasonable prices. Being full-blooded Italian I am very picky. But this is my new favorite Italian restaurant.
The food had no taste. The garlic bread was cold and hard with little garlic, my wife’s chicken Marsala was bland and the chicken tasted like cardboard. The Marsala sauce was runny and did not stick to the spaghetti. My stuffed peppers was better as the maranera sauce was thick but a touch sweet. But the biggest problem was the cannolis which was practically frozen. Served without a knife it was impossible to cut with the fork. In fact I could not get the tines of the fork into the thing and resorted to using my hands. The chocolate chips were good.
Went during lunch, it was quiet and the food was delicious. Definitely going again sometime.
We had calamari, ravioli and fiocchi. Rate then very good, good and fantastic. The choc cake was a hit too.
Thank you for your kind review! The Fiocchi and Suicide Chocolate cake are our favorite too! Hope to see you again soon!
We had a great meal, and Mary did an awesome job as our server. The salad and garlic rolls were great, and we all enjoyed our main courses.
They really need to renovate. The restaurant is very dated. The food doesn't taste authentic. The price was crazy. I would pay for great food and ambiance anytime. Unfortunately, this was not the time 🙁
Vincent’s has become our go to Italian restaurant living in North Paulding County. Service and food has always been in line with prices, happy they updated menu a few months ago. The ambiance of the interior is dated about 10-15 years, in my opinion and due for a renovation. If looking for good meal with decent service with Italian Cuisine, recommend Vincent’s.
She said yes
Chosen from The Open Table site. We had the calamari for our appetizer and we all raves about how delicious the dish was! My son thought the margarita pizza was wonderful and he orders this often in Italian restaurants. My husband was impressed with the shrimp and scallops fettuccine-so fresh. I give 5 stars to my dish: Fiocchi!! I’ve never had this before but the favor combinations were so good! I haven’t even mentioned the salad, which was nice and fresh...the rolls were, hmmm, heavenly! We will be back!
Food and service were 5 star. The only disappointment was the wine list. Wish it was more robust with some true Italian options.
Our waiter was great, he did everything he could to make us comfortable, he was accommodating checked on us at timely intervals. The menu changed since we last visited. The food was good and everyone seemed pleased. Kudos to Gerard for his second day on the job.
Food is just like home! The lasagna and eggplant are some of our family favorites.
Great menu & food selection. Desserts were to die for. Service was slow as I think they need 1 more wait staff for all customers
The servers were very receptive to our large party, and they gave us a discount when the kitchen lost some of our orders. A very pleasant dinner despite a couple of hiccups. Food was very good, too!
Went for first date. Our served, Chantelle, somehow sensed this and went out of her way to make sure we have everything we wanted and needed to able to relax and enjoy conversation, connecting. Food was very good, but we only had appetizers due to it being late in the evening. The Malbec was very good. Thanks to Chatelle and Vincent's for a very enjoyable evening. And yes, we had a second date....
We had great service and delicious food at Vincent’s, plus a relaxing environment!
Wonderful Italian cuisine. Our server was Mary and she was fantastic. We will ask for her every time!
We were a group of 9 of which 7 had never been. This can be challenging however Vincent’s handled it beautifully. Young server Chantelle was friendly, charming, got orders correct, prepared as requested. The food as usual was excellent as and received praise from all. It was a very good evening.
Great service, authentic food. I will definitely go back.
We had not been there in a year or two. We enjoyed the food and the prices were inline. The food was very good and the portions were good. We will be returning in the near future.
Our waitress Kristina was so attentive! She was pleasant and smiled, got all of our orders correct (even mine with special requests), and was patient too!
We sat at the bar and had great service. It was quiet and the food was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant evening.
Best Italian food in Cobb county!
My first clue that this wouldn't be a good experience should have been the empty parking lot. Second clue should have been the bad odor upon entering the restaurant. Third clue was the wedding soup being extremely bitter. After we ordered, the server informed my coworker they were out of steak. The chicken Parmesan taste like a frozen chicken breast. There wasn't anything enjoyable about this restaurant or the food. Waste of $100😒😒😒😒
Good Italian restaurant with a very choice of dishes. Service was excellent and our waitress deftly handled our table of ten. Nice for a family gathering.
First time at Vincent's. Recommended by a neighbor. Good Italian food - I had the Shrimp Scampi and my "date" has Lasagna. We could have shared the Lasagna the portion was so large. Good value.
Server was very attentive, checking on us several times. Good recommendation on the wine. Very reasonable prices.
Definitely will go again.
Pizza was bland; Garlic Rolls too salty; House salad soggy; etc. Service friendly.
The food was very good with decent size portions. Nice atmosphere and there are not many restaurants in the area that are not a chain. Good location.
Food was excellent. In fact, the food would be at home in a higher end restaurant. However the service and overall restaurant management was more like a mediocre chain restaurant.
Let me first start with the two negatives I have on the place, the exterior really needs updated. New sign and a fresh coat of paint. Second, getting into the parking lot is a pain. You can only enter by making a u-turn up the road. After that, everything else was awesome. Food was fantastic. Calamari was on point, mozzarella planks were crispy and cheesy, the marinara dipping sauce was fresh and tomatoey. The eggplant parm was wonderful according to my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed my Lobster Ravioli. Server was consistent, friendly, and made sure our drinks were filled and that we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this place.
kitchen was real great. They know what they are doing. The front end ,wait staff in particular, are letting the restaurant down.
The food was not as expected, portions were large but not that good. Service was outstanding, no noise, all was OK. We not return.
We really enjoyed our Mother's Day dinner. The menu has been updated and the food was delicious. The portions are large and the salad and garlic rolls are wonderful. We will be back soon!
We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your Mother's Day experience. We look forward to seeing you in again soon.
Great experience for Mother's Day! Everyone enjoyed their meals and the food was delicious, however some menu items seemed a little overpriced.
Based on reviews I thought we would give this place a chance. Great complimentary bread to kick things off, salads were solid(Garden variety and Caesar were tried), entrees were solid although not that exciting.
