Wonderful meal. My only negative would be that if one has a reservation they should have first choice for patio if they prefer to sit there.
Excellent food and great atmosphere.
Food was excellent!
Well prepared, cooked & served.
The noise is caused by a bird scarring machine that lets off a huge bang frequently.
Always a fantastic meal! Have never been disappointed. At the moment they don't have the tasting menu which sucks but that's strictly because of Covid which also sucks! So not there fault haha.
Our luncheon experience was far exceeded our expectations. We were warmly greeted by Keira as soon as we walked in the door. Our waiter Reece was very knowledgeabel and attentive, even presenting us with a complimentary glass of champagne in recognition of my milestone birthday. Our requests for menu adjustments were met without hesitation, a rarity in these Covid days. All 3 courses in the $45.00 menu were delicious. The patio setting overlooking the lake with the vineyards in front of us was gorgeous.
We can't wait to return!!!
Like the food very much ,this is the 3 rd time this yr to have lunch at Vineland.
We came for lunch and had a great experience! Our reservation was at 2:30pm and it was moderately busy when we arrived, but they were able to accommodate us on the patio. Food was excellent, especially the first course. Service was great. Thanks again!
Last year I was in France enjoying long lunches in the French countryside. Today on Vineland Estates’ lovely terrace on a beautiful Fall afternoon, I felt as if I was still on vacation! A welcome treat in these Covid days!
I have eaten five times at your restaurant in the past 3 months and the food is perfect every time. Yesterday I brought a friend who is a chef and he was most impressed with the menu, the quality of the food, and the presentation of it.
Keep it up please. I have a few more meals to go.
Thank you for another wonderful dining experience. Vineland Estates is the perfect location to celebrate with friends or family.... the meal is always guaranteed to be delicious.
Fresh local ingredients. Food was good and nicely presented. Had a Vinelnad Cab Franc that was very good. Overall service was good. Only negative was that main course followed right after the appetizer with no break.
We got value for our money. The food was beyond excellent.
Its the first time we ever travelled far from our city to lunch at a Winery in the Niagara Region. i was expecting a bit more out of this. The room was cold looking, just tables with white linen. There was no colour, no pop. I was glad to be indoors though as it was quite cool that day. Food was good, but I found it to be expensive for what it was. I do recommend the place, as it still was a nice outing.
Amazing food (as always), great service and the most beautiful view!
Amazing! Can’t wait to back! Felt safe staff was amazing!
Spent our wedding night dinner at the restaurant. The staff made the evening extremely special - the night started with complimentary champagne. The food was spectacular - beautifully presented and delicious. Staff was very attentive. One of my favourite areas to have a dinner. Highly recommend.
It was our second time. First time was so nice we wanted to go back. We weren’t disappointed. All the people greeted us so warmly and very sincere. Our waitress(I forget her name, sorr) has worked there for 9 years and she was excellent. Going back in October with friends.
First travel outside our neighborhood in 6 months, this was a special occasion. The food, wine, service and ambiance were all superb, as always at Vineland. Thanks for making this visit so enjoyable
Excellent food quality and service. The menu is small, but varied. Presentation was very nice and the food was top notch. The wine menu is all theirs of course but offers a wide variety for any taste. Service was quick, informative and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
The food was excellent along with the presentation (nicely plated) as the staffs made our short stay very pleasant without overdoing it and creating a very welcoming atmosphere.
*Just a little suggestion if I may: it would have been nice to accept to serve bread & butter or make it available on request at least & without having to pay $8.00 optional shared plate.
Vineland Estates is in a beautiful setting surrounded by the vineyard. We would have loved to sit on the patio but it was too cool the night that we visited.
We both had the duck confit and it was delicious. Also we ordered a bottle of their chardonnay which was a perfect match to the duck. The service was knowledgeable and accomodating.
Unfortuately, we were pestered with fruit flies and it was a bit cool with the doors being wide open, for good reasons. Next time we will come back for lunch when we can enjoy the patio.
Our Wedding Anniversary lunch at Vineland Estates Winery couldn't have been nicer. My husband enjoyed the Duck entree, and I loved the Trout. The Chef topped off our time with a gorgeous Happy Anniversary dessert, served to share on a slate platter. Beautiful! Thank you Vineland Estates Winery for making our day extra special. :)
We were not expecting the fixed price lunch but it was delicious. All the courses were beautifully presented and of excellent quality and flavour. Our server was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. We enjoyed every aspect of our lunch.
Beautiful property, the views are gorgeous from the deck dining area. The food was absolutely delicious, more on the expensive side but really nice place to grab a special meal.
Our favourite place to celebrate special occasions. Servers are polite and efficient. Food is wonderful and the view from the patio is the best in the region.
Food is amazing as always and the service as usual is great. Beautiful location with an amazing view
the food was OK - nothing great. The busboy was at our table more than the waitress. Would not go back unless I was grantees a table on the patio. The dining room does not have a very inviting atmosphere. 157.00 for lunch including tip is a bit much.
Service was great, food was tasty and the atmosphere was lovely.
Wonderful food and exceptional view. Always a highlight for lunch or dinner when visiting Niagara region.
Vineland Estates never disappoints. The meal, wine and service were fantastic. Still are not offering the tasting menu due to the public health restrictions for COVID. But that didn’t matter we shared the charcuterie board, appetizers were the soup and calamari and for the main duck and trout. Enjoyed the Elevation Resiling which is one of our favorites. Can’t wait until next date night and we are back at Vineland Estates again.
Dining with the locals in a very elegant ambience
This place is a must go if you are in the area of Jordan. They have a charming outdoor patio. The service is amazing. For the calibre of food, you are paying a good price! Dishes are plated uniquely and with thought, the desserts are absolutely to die for. I didn't rate it as outstanding cause it's next door to Pearl Morrissette which in my opinion is outstanding.
We ate several times at the Vineland restaurant and the food was cooked to perfection, artfully presented, perfectly seasoned, and hot. Everything we tried was fantastic, the heritage tomato salad, the duck, flat iron steak, and their Riesling wine was lovely. Food was cooked to perfection, artfully presented, perfectly seasoned, and hot. Lovely venue, great view over the vineyards and the lake. Good staff, we can not recommend this restaurant enough.
Lunch was great. Food was outstanding. Would recommend this experience.
Excellent service. The pork appetizer was too sweet and we didn’t like the waffle. The starter needs to be savoury rather than sweet but the pork was excellent. The dining area is far too noisy and is starting to look a bit tatty.
Enjoyed our lunch - shared a charcuterie board. Dessert was delicious too as was the soup. Service was excellent.
Our dining experience was wonderful: the food was beautifully presented and the atmosphere spectacular. If I had to mention a negative, I would suggest the duck was a bit dry.
Fabulous atmosphere and delicious food. Enjoyed a birthday lunch with wine pairings
Always fabulous - indoors or out.
The menu is never extensive but in 7 years we have found a new favorite.
Fantastic food and wine. Service was also excellent
