Delicious food. Beautiful location. Great wine selection. A memorable night for a family celebration
We sat outdoors and enjoyed the view and delicious food.
We would recommend this winery/restaurant!
Beautiful restaurant, great food and wine with superb service. I always make sure I have lunch there when I’m in the area.
Everything was great for our dinner, my wife and I have been there before but this time we brought our kids for the experience. The views are fabulous and the waitress also added to the experience as she was very helpful with choosing our meals and made good recommendations. The food and wine were also excellent and the overall experience was good considering it had just rained out and the storm passed so we were able to sit outside. To add to the ambience they had live entertainment during the dinner, a very nice touch.
With the new chef, food was excellent. The cooking styles were different. The flavours were not what was expected as from the previous chef. The service was great! The jazz was absolutely fantastic.
Interesting mix of ingredients on my appetizer and main course. With pork belly + mussels (???) and with my lake pickerel + a piece of chorizo sausage (???). Looked forward to my key lime cheesecake for dessert but disappointed to see it 'garnished' with a side of definitely previously frozen strawberries (no local berries in mid-summer?). Wine pairings were a great match.
Surprised at the toughness of my steak. I should have sent it back. Everything else, however was top notch but with a limited menu and the prices you would expect your steak would be exceptional.....tender at least.
Took our friends from Iowa to experience a winery lunch and we were extremely pleased with the whole experience. They were very impressed with the ambiance, food, service. Scenery, shop and of course the quality of wine served with our food as we decided to do pairing. Service was excellent. We will go back and tell our friends as well.
This is the perfect spot for a romantic diner! Great food!
It was a beautiful evening. The service was exceptional. I had been here a couple of years before and had a bad experience. This time around, the food was excellent . I loved every minute of it and will recommend it to everybody I know who comes to the area!
Food was tasty but too expensive overall. Staff were excellent.
We were disappointed for the first time in over ten years of going to Vineland. Clueless hostess, distracted server, over priced and sub par food. We don’t mind paying top dollar for a lunch when you get quality. Too long to bring the bread basket, that’s grossly over priced now. Had to correct the server on each persons order when the plating started. What was the most disappointing was the food. We had come to adore this place, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back for a long time. The flank steak was, tough, tasteless and cold with limp frites. The gnocchi was also bland and under cooked. The final crushing blow was the tart crust for the key lime dessert. Hockey puck hard pastry. We brought the crust observation to the server. Her response, yea I noticed other people weren’t eating either. Hello! Maybe the pastry chef should make a mid day correction? I know the previous chef has left. Management needs to make a hard choice immediately if his Sous chef is really up to the task. So sad. And we’re wine club members who have been loyal for over a decade.
The restaurant did not honour my reservation request to sit on the patio. Since reservation was made 2 weeks before they should have advised me. I might not have gone there. Food was delicious but no a la carte lunch. Very inflexible considering the price of the meal.
We had an amazing five course tasting dinner that was beyond amazing and delicious. The view from their deck is beautiful, the service was outstanding and the food was incredibly memorable. You must try here!
Few more choices would be good. Food prepared well.
beautiful setting overlooking vineyards excellent service all around....
the quality of the food, honestly, was outstanding. The nocchi sauce was incredible, the flank steak was cooked to perfection. all staff were warm and friendly. the patio was sooo lovely for a stellar lunch all around......thank you.....we will be back and we do
Fabulous food, service and ambience!!
We were 2 couples and had a great evening! View of the lake too:)
We absolutely love Vineland Estates, we are wine club members as well. The food is outstanding and the setting is breathtakingly beautiful. A special occasion dinner will be well enjoyed here!!
This location has a wonderful view which made dinner feel extra lovely. We did have a rocky start when our waitress forgot about us from the jump, but they made this up to us with complimentary sparkling wine and a quick salmon app. Food was interesting, and delicious but portions could be a bit better. We would like to come again before making a recommendation to fellow friends and family.
Gorgeous view and scenery:) would definitely recommend. Food was ok- I wish they kept it more simple and authentic.
The Vineland restaurant is in a fabulous setting surrounded by grape vines. Their terrace is beautiful and even on a hot day is nice and cool because a good portion of it is covered. The food is presented beautifully, it is seasoned and cooked to perfection. The dessert are are quite good.
Gorgeous view, attentive service and delicious food. Can’t get better than that!
It was an explosion of flavours with wine pairings that worked so well!
We both had the 5 course chef’s menu with the wine pairings and it was all delicious!
Highly recommend. They got it right! From the food to the service. We had a table on the patio and it was just perfect.
We’ll be going back!
Always have a great meal and enjoyable evening Will return again
Very nice ambiance and service! Amazing view! Service is also good
Unbeatable view of the winery estate. Secure an early reservation for the best view closest to the vines. Excellent food, superb wine and fantastic service. Highly recommended. A wonderful experience overall!
The main course was over salted. The fish breading was overdone. on the whole the food lacked creativity. With an expectation set my the higher price point overall we were disappointed compared to to prior experiences over the past 10 years.
We got very lucky in finding Vineland estate, the food and ambience was fantastic. We had a lovely lunch (the three course menu is extremely good value for the quality of food) on the patio, and was the highlight for our visitors from the UK. Thank you
Our server Andrea was wonderful.
Only issue was that the Steak was rubbery and hard.
We are regulars. We have never been disappointed with the food and services.
I have brought many of my friends as guest to the restaurant.
I like the idea of atable d’hote from which you can select the courses yourself.
We have been there many times. The service this time was just awful...
The food selection not great. Need more salad choices. Also, too many sweet
additions to every dish...how about skipping the sweet taste and replacing it for something healthy...
Spectacular in every way! Amazing food in a beautiful setting.
Always impressed by this restaurant. We always opt for the tasting menu with wine pairing and it never disappoints. One of our favorite restaurants
My fiancée and I had the 5 course dinner with reserve wine pairing. The meal was so incredible I literally felt upset when each and every course was finished. I wish I could have eaten them all forever. George Ward is literally a magician with food and if you haven’t been here yet you’re doing a complete disservice to yourself.
My husband and I celebrated his birthday at Vineland Estates. We sat at the patio and the view was gorgeous! My husband ordered the 5-course Chef Creation while I ordered a la carte. The two courses I ordered (Five Spice Pork Belly as appetizer and the Pickerel as main course) were exceptional! The 5-course meal my husband ordered was also utterly delicious! Our server Andrea was extremely attentive and pleasant. As we are wine club members, we got free wine pairing which was definitely a plus. Would recommend this restaurant for sure, especially for special occasions as the price range is on the mid to high range, but we'll worth the money.
Beautiful meal with the exception of the pickerel fillets that my friend and I were served. Prior to our meal being served I was praising pickerel as a beautiful white flaky fish (I grew up on Lake Erie and fed on it regularly in the summer so I know pickerel) and we unfortunately were served very thin, not at all flaky end pieces. It was a disappointing note on a otherwise delicious meal.
Beautiful outdoor deck
Just really expensive.
