New Years Eve
Vineland is one of my favourite restaurants. The quality of the food is outstanding and the setting and ambiance are unique. I've always had an amazing meal here and the quality of ingredients, attention to detail, presentation, and diversity of flavours are why I'll always choose this restaurant over others. From the appetizers to the desserts, Vineland gets it right every time.
Delicious food and great service!
We had lunch and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our experience. We highly recommend it.
Not many tables occupied due to Covid and time of year so room pretty quiet. Service was attentive and friendly but not intrusive. A straightforward menu choice without unusual ingredients would be helpful for picky eaters.
Every detail is always “just so” at Vineland Estates. Our server Andrea was sweet and so thoughtful. This is my favourite Niagara gem.
Amazing and Excellent restaurant. It’s always a pleasure.
This was our first time going to Vineland Estates restaurant and we loved it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious! We will return for sure.
Outstanding food as always.
The menu is getting a little pretentious - but the food is still amazing.
Absolutely delicious and our guests loved the view! “We’ll remember this for a long time”. Five stars
Lovely spot but would be nice to change the menu a bit more freque
Food was excellent. All entres cooked perfectly. Will definitely return
Consistent great. Have been here multiple times and have always had an excellent meal and service.
Excellent service as always. Sparkling was fab! Food was wonderful, appreciated the chef modifying for my friend’s allergies. Will be back!
There were 4 of us that dined at this restaurant. The menu choices were very poor with only 4 mains. Very odd ingredient combinations and the food was poorly cooked. The scallops (3 of them!) were over down, the cod was also overdone. There were no salads in the appetizer options. Two of us could only choose an appetizer as there was no main of interest. The butternut squash soup was good. The meals were very over priced for what they were. The service was good though. Would not recommend this restaurant. However, we were there in October and it was very good, not sure what happened.
Although my wife and I live in Niagara-on-the-Lake which has many fine restaurants, we rate the restaurant at the Vineland Estate Winery to be the best in all of Niagara. It is especially amazing value for money where the $50 charge for 3 courses at lunch supports such high quality. I was my boring self in having the beef carpaccio, which I consider the best that I have had over my 50 years of travel. I had been tempted to try the soup of the day which was a cheddar and beer soup which my wife had. It too was first rate. We both had the duck confit with caraflex and roast potatoes. Again, the duck literally fell off the bone. I had the dark chocolate mousse with cherries and pistachio creme anglaise while my wife had the carrot and brandy cake with pecan fudge and spiced goats cheese. What was common throughout the courses was the pops of flavour delivered by tiny accents along with the excellent marrying of the various elements on the plate. The room which overlooks the vineyards and Lake Ontario is breathtaking, especially in good weather when the outdoor patio is open. The only drawback for some might be that the wine list consists only of Vineland Estates wines. It is not a drawback for us since the wines are inexpensive and are ready to drink. In fact, we have gone from the restaurant to the winery store to buy wines that have taken our fancy at lunch. My only regret with this review is that now others may find out and may make getting a reservation there harder in the future.
Vineland Estates Restaurant offers delicious and nouvelle cuisine. Be prepared for a real treat that departs from the normal fine dining experience.
For delicious food and wine pairing this restaurant excels. The three course options with either regular or reserve wine pairing never fails to impress. There are other excellent food and wine options. This is five star at its best.
Every dish ordered was delicious! Service was exceptional and the ambiance was lovely.
Great experience with excellent food and great pairing. Presentation and taste surpassed our expectations.
Cheese board is delicious and the crusty bread deserves a high five.
Attentive and friendly staff, delicious food, great view. Excellent!
The three course lunch menu was excellent. This was my second there and it won’t make me disappointed. Food had a very good presentation and tasted excellent.
Greeted upon entering, staff knew I was coming based on reservation.
Seated quickly. Very pleasant and informed server met with us and reviewed the menu and took drink orders right away.
Food was very delicious. Oysters, scallops, soup, tender beef. All cooked perfectly. Really nice to get it right.
A truly lovely experience, as always.
We really enjoyed the table d’hôte lunch with the wine pairings. Great value! The barn shop is lovely.
This restaurant had been off our radar for many years. We are so glad we rediscovered it. The menu was small but everything sounded interesting and delicious. The server knew exactly what could be done with each dish for the two diners who are lactose intolerant. We all shared the foie gras torchon for an appetizer that was wonderful. Everyone totally enjoyed their mains. I was too full for dessert but one diner ordered the homemade sorbet and we all had a taste.
I can’t wait to go back in the summer and enjoy the view of the vineyard from the dinning room.
You pretty well can't go wrong eating at Vineland. They always try their best to please. Each pairing was right on and that was only the standard one. Although we only did the lunch menu we were hunger satisfied the whole day. So, Kudos again for Vineland.
A birthday lunch with a dear friend was made perfect by the creative, delicious food and the courteous wait staff
Seriousl some of the best food in the Province! Excellent service and dining with a view to remember. We love visiting Vineland!
The view from the dining room is wonderful, the food was fantastic and the staff was superb
First time at this winery restaurant and loved it. Had a birthday luncheon for 5 people and everyone enjoyed their meals. The wine was great too, so much so that we bought some from the shop when we left, and the view is awesome. We can't wait to return again and look forward to sitting out on the patio next summer Cheers!
Fabulous meal. Wine was fantastic. Service was perfect.
Great server! Really enjoyed him, great food presentation. Soup was lacking flavor
Some of the best food we've had, get the duck - you won't regret it.
Always great service, great food and wine. we'll be back soon.
Lovely setting for lunch with great view of the lake. Food excellent and service great, highly recommend.
Beautiful dining experience! Fix pri menu. We will be back.
We were booked in August for our 45th Anniversary but due to an accident postponed it . Everything was perfect ! From walking through the door to being served, it was a lovely experience. Our Server was very knowledgeable about the menu and which wines paired. But the highlight was the deliciously prepared food and presentation. Hats off to the Chef and his staff for a wonderful lunch!
