This is a good casual place in the warehouse district near the WWII Museum. Not fine dining, but a solid casual food and service.

Decent food, smaller portions, served cold. Denny's would have been better. The outside garden seating was the redeeming quality.

The menu didn't match what is displayed on the open table site. I wouldn't have gone here based on the actual menu.

The restaurant was very warm, and smelled pretty bad. Food was ok, but not great. Service was pretty good.

Based on the pictures and the term "contemporary American," I expected something nicer. This place is basically a big sports bar. Big beer selection, TV's on the walls, and food that mostly comes in plastic baskets instead of plates. The food wasn't bad, the service wasn't bad-- it's just more of a dive than I expected.

I really liked so much about this place. Atmosphere, prices, most of the food. Heads up- menu is different now from what's listed on Open Table and Yelp. We ordered artichoke dip for a starter. Can't tell you how that was bc it never came. $10 for bottomless mimosas is a great price... If you get more than 3 8oz pours. Grits are absolutely flavorless. With or without cheese. And they were cold by the time we got salt and pepper at the table. Obviously, our service was less than stellar. She was never around. We had to ask other waitresses for things bc we could never find ours. This place easily would've gotten 4 stars from me with better service. Brunch is good. My friend ordered the chicken and waffles, and though the chicken was a bit under seasoned, the waffle and PBR syrup were great. My eggs Benedict was great. The breakfast potatoes with creole sauce was the perfect side. And my other friend was very happy with her Cajun Benedict. Will give them another shot... If for no reason other than their crawfish smell amazing. And that's coming from a real Cajun. Not a New Orleanian.

The pictures are a bit deceiving. It's a burger and beer place, not much more. The service was uneven and the food was hit or miss. The burgers were good, the oysters and artichoke dip were not. Great selection of beer and a friendly bartender are pluses, atmosphere and wait staff were adequate. Onion rings and burgers were good.

We went to NOLA for the NYE weekend and were looking for a place to eat dinner that wasn't crowded and overpriced. While we weren't sure how crowded it would be, the Warehouse Grille was definitely not overpriced. We all ordered po-boys, which were delicious and large enough to share (for some of us). They have a good variety of beers on tap. We had a later reservation, because we weren't sure how long it would take us to get there (we were flying in that evening), but we arrived about 45 minutes early and were able to get seated. I think because of the location and the fact that everything nearby was closed, the restaurant wasn't extremely busy. Which worked to our advantage. Our server was friendly. I would definitely recommend the Warehouse Grille to others.

Went there for New Year's Eve . The restaurant was out of a lot of the food including the lamb rolls and gaucomole. The service was good. Is great for TV sport viewing .

I should have read the reviews before we walked all the way to the place. Nothing special, similar to bar food. After our meal I passed several restaurants that I wish I went to instead.

The meal was absolutely fantastic. When you first walk in, you feel it's a little more of a bar and the front of the building is not something you want to stop to see who is inside. But you quickly find out the food is amazing. Don't be turned away from your first look. Go inside and give it a shot.

It was Saints Football Sunday so I can understand the noise level. The food was awesome but the ambience was more of a sports bar than a place to sit and enjoy brunch

I'd been wanting to try this new spot in the warehouse district, and went with my son on a Saturday for lunch. My son got the "morning after burger" and said it was very good. I was trying to decide between the lamb sliders and a sandwich called "da" duck. The server recommended "da duck," and I was VERY happy with it. It may have been the best sandwich i've had all year. Atmosphere is more like a sports bar than i was expecting, but that worked out since there was lots of good college football on. i will definitely be back to see if any of there other items are as good as "da" duck.

We live in the neighborhood and have always enjoyed this restaurant. Nothing spectacular, but always consistent and good with a nice variety of choices. Since our family was in town, and they have children, we thought it would please everyone. Bad choice. Form the moment we sat down, things got worse. A server can make a break a meal. Ours destroyed it. With a table of ten she started at one end and took drink orders. She returned, 15 minutes later and served the drinks to the other side of the table. She walked back to our side, with four drinks on her tray, and asked if we had ordered drinks with her. Really? Yes we did, and coincidentally they happen to be the same drinks that you have on your tray. Go figure! The food was cold, all of it. The oysters were so small, that any other restaurant would not have even served them. The server was absent the entire meal. No where to be found. When she did appear, she was clueless. We needed syrup. Never happened. Refills, never happened. We just watched as she wandered from place to place confused. This is not normal for this restaurant. The other servers we have had there have been great as has been the food. In the up side, two of our diners had the chicken and waffles and thought they were great. Why his it that whenever you bring friends and family to a place that you like, it's always an off day? We will try again, but for today very disappointed and hungry. Hopefully management will realize that bad servers ruin everything. Come to think of it, we were there for almost two hours and never saw a manager once. That may explain things.

I will preface this with the nagging thought that of all the Open Table reservations I have made over the years, this is the first that didn't make the grade of being an Open Table restaurant in my mind. Walking up to the plain brick building I wasn't sure we were in the right place. Then entering it was basically a bar with food service. The waitstaff was cordial and the service good. The food was okay but nothing stood out as memorable.

Came here for a lunch with 9 other colleagues during the National Charter School Conference. They were very accomodating and very attentive to our needs. It was fairly quiet in the restaurant but that was fine with us. I hade an awesome salad and my colleagues enjoyed their dishes as well. All in all, great food at affordable prices!
