   We had a reservation for lunch. Our server was wonderful however suddenly got very busy so the poor girl was basically running ( though she seemed to be doing a great job). I know staffing is an issue in many businesses these days so I assume it’s an issue for the WAG as well. The food was very good!

   A great stop in at the WAG to meet up with a friend and luckily a table with a view of the bay. Service was excellent as was the food and more than accommodating for our conversation and lunch. It wasn’t hard to overhear another table praising the service and server as well.

   The food was great. The noise level was the loudest we have ever experienced here. Possibly because there were several birthdays being celebrated at the same time.

    The quality of food and drinks for the price is outstanding! Where we were first seated was incredibly noisy so we asked to be moved to an area that was a little bit more quiet. Our servers were amazing! We will absolutely be back!

    Beautiful sunset views. Lovely servers. Prawns overcooked on the lobster ravioli..maybe a one off since I have had before and they were perfectly cooked that time. Ahi tuna and beef short rib delicious. Peanut butter pie decent. Would prefer super cold...but not bad Overall a fun night out with friends

    Our server was wonderful! We had the carpaccio, calamari and the tuna entree with a bottle of wine and the whole dinner was delicious. It was my first time and I’ll be back again!

    Celebrating a 65 th birthday with our best friends for 26 yrs. Service was poor and slow. Table not cleaned up between meals, drinks were quite late and one of the 4 main meals were tasteless And the other cooked med as requested. I love this place and have had many beautiful memories the last 20 yrs up until one year ago. Their service and quality of food over the last 10 months had yet to improve. I want to believe they will get back to that amazing standard so many of us once appreciated and adored. One day we hope….

    WAG has a beautiful view. Entertainment on Saturday nights. Food is always fresh. Staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable.

    Having dined here several times before we all found the food disappointing in presentation and flavour. Crab cakes were different and not in a good way . Kaluha prawns were served with a nondescript sauce that was supposed to be curry sauce and with way too many carrots and a few peas . The mussels were too salty and the fries were overcooked . All in all it was very disappointing as a dining experience. We were asked to move tables before dessert to accommodate a large group which we complied with. The quality of our experience was very much worse than one a couple of months ago ! Why?

    Our server hit all of her service points and was very nice! Even though we were sat on the patio the heaters were very warm, and the ambience was still present!

    Lunch at WAG is always fun, especially when one's seated by an open window looking out to the beach on a sunny day! The servers are always excellent. The fish and chips was superb, perfectly golden and very ample serving; it's our favorite menu item there.

    Our family had the Stuffed Chicken, The Seafood Hot Pot, and the caesar salad. All were thoroughly enjoyed. The beer and martini's were spot on. Would recommend the WAG for their delicious food and friendly service.

    Let me first say we LOVE WAG and have always enjoyed the food and ambiance. However, this time, our server was more preoccupied with bar tending than tending to us. We had to ask Busser's and other Server's to ask OUR server for food/drink assistance. Furthermore, the food was just OK this time. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and there was just too many veggies in it. But will always come back.

    There was four people in our party dining. My meal did not come as I ordered it. The servers took back the meal and brought a new one. However, by the time my new meal came everyone else in the party had completed dinner and had their plates removed. Salad was not discounted or removed from our bill. Too loud it was difficult to talk.

    It’s our favourite restaurant and food is always good but they really need to upkeep with the cleanliness of the restaurant. It looks freshly painted but all the mouldings and walls have an inch of dust and we sat in the corner table next to the windows and there were cobwebs all over the ceilings. I kept looking up in case of creepy crawlers. I understand it’s near the ocean but no excuse. The bathroom show the extreme neglect of cleanliness. But it’s always been this way so I don’t think it’s gonna change.

    We were the first table at 11:30 Sunday. Without thinking about it, it was nice and quiet. When the tables starting filling up it got very loud and uncomfortable having to raise our voices to talk. I must be getting old though because such a thing wasn’t a bother before. The food wasn’t amazing. My husband never complains but said the chicken in his teriyaki chicken bowl was an odd texture and not pleasant. I’m not going to pick it apart. We like the WAG and will go back and try more of their great dishes and fine ambience.

    Food was amazing. I had the seared Ahi Tuna which they accommodated to not put sesame seed in the crust for me. My wife had the steak and she loved it. The Calamari appetizer was perfectly done. We will definitely go back. Highly recommended

    Was my first time at Washington grill. I wish I had chosen another day besides Valentine’s Day as it was very busy even though our reservations were for 8:45. Over all we enjoyed it and would have enjoyed it more if we didn’t feel so rushed. It’s not like the server was rushing us but it seemed that was kind of expected.
