Our server was great, I arrived earlier than my date and he was patient, attentive and a really nice person. The food was AMAZING, 5/5 and as Italians we would come again.

We hadn't been to Liberty Tavern for brunch since 2020 and were delighted with how it has adapted to post-pandemic life. Instead of a buffet, our server brought unlimited small plates, from delicious salads, to eggs, avocado toast, tender sirloin, biscuits, and an assortment of desserts. We will definitely return.

The food was very good but not superlative. My colleague and I both had the seafood stew. The “SuperTuscan” wine recommended by the sommelier was excellent, as was the sommelier himself, who gave us huge Pinot Noir glasses to help this particular wine open up. Chris our waiter was good humored but not outstanding. We ran into some US Senators leaving the restaurant, which was a fun Washington experience. All in all, a very good dining experience, but not outstanding on this specific evening.

Everything was perfect! Charcuterie, Carpaccio and Short Rib Ravioli was all on point! Excellent wine recommendation by the Manager. Staff is super friendly and FUN!

We visited Mele Bistro for the first time this week. Service was excellent and the food was fresh. Frank (I think he is the owner) advised us that the pasta was made fresh with flour from Europe. This made me happy because floor from Europe is known not to have the gluten in it like the US flour. The restaurant is decorated very nicely. We will be returning many times. Would definitely recommend you checking them out.
