Our private dining room can be configured to seat up to 30 people for a private party. In the warmer months, an adjacent patio area is also available for use. This room is perfect for events like business meetings, smaller get-togethers and showers, and post-funeral receptions. We made an 8pm reservation. Went to see a friend in the band. The hostess asked us to wait at the bar. After passin us several times we stopped her at 8:45 we found her and asked whats up. She said point blank...we werent getting a table cuz people arent leaving. But as we left to go for chinese food at Mai Place we see several tables open. This place is ridiculous. I would Never Recommend it and i will NEVER be back

I had the haddock and my friend had the chicken parm. My haddock was fresh but blah, with no seasoning and not much taste. My friend said the same about her chicken. Although the haddock came out steaming hot, my veggies were cold and I had to send them back to be reheated. No bread was offered. Our server was great and the hostess was friendly, but our experience with the food is not making us want to return any time soon.

The restaurant has much potential and I would be willing to give it a second chance. The server was quite pleasant but had too many people to attend to. She was polite, didn't seem flustered but wasn't able to be particularly attentive. We weren't asked if we wanted a second drink, etc. We had to switch tables because the musicians arrived and needed to set up where we were sitting. The food was mediocre. The crab cakes were extremely fishy tasting and neither my husband nor I could eat them. We ordered a second appetizer, the lettuce wraps, they were ok. My husband's steak tips and my salmon were decent, but nothing special. The restaurant did take the crab cakes off of our bill without needing to be asked. Atmosphere and location were great.

Went there on Valentines Day. Probably not the best choice. Server was very nice but you won’t see her much. They have a bunch of kids running around serving the food after you place your initial order. I ordered the special but it was not available. My second choice came and it was supposed to be filet and scallops they sent me fillet and salmon. The kid who brought it to me insisted it was the special and left my table. I had to grab another kid to tell them it was wrong. Finally someone from the kitchen came out and told me the order was written down as fillet and salmon. I again insisted I didn’t order salmon because I can’t eat it. Eventually after I finished the rest of my meal I got three very chewy pieces of scallops that were not edible. My server came by later and apologized because she had put the order in wrong.

Overall it was okay for a lunch out but nothing special. Our three sandwiches (burger, chicken, ruben) were overcooked and dry. The child's-portion pizza was all cheese and no sauce, with onions that our 3-year-old spent her meal picking out. Large portions. Service was fine.

I ordered the Shepherds pie and it was honestly kinda spicy and really threw me off, the spinach artichoke dip was amazing but the amount of pita vs dip was not a good ratio, I ended up just eating dip alone haha

Stopped by on a Wednesday night wanting to sit outside, which was nice. Got a table right away (sit yourself) but waited a while for a waitress. Realizing she was he only waitress on duty, debated in leaving cuz the wait was getting a little long. Appetizer buff chx rolls were good, but the burger was a waste of a cheat meal. The menu was also a little small. Took over an hour and a half to get out of there, all tables were full. The restaurant should of had more staff on hand. Wanted to this to be a close nearby place to home, but just didn’t turn out to be a great place...

We went to see a friend's son play music, which was nice. But the service was terrible. Friends at another table left after drinks and did not even order although they had planned to dine there. Would not go back.

I took my 92 year old father in law to the Wayerfall Bar and Grill last week. He loves live music and wasn't disappointed. I asked asked to reserve a table close to the music. They thoughtfully chose a low table right up front to the side. Our meals were very good. I was especially pleased by the friendliness, and graciousness of the staff, and the fun, warm, ambience of what felt like a happy neighborhood gathering place. We'll be back.

We had a table near the patio. There was 9 of us . It was a little crowded. I wish we had the other table , but , there were some young ladies who were at that table at the time . It would of been nice to sit outside on the patio , but , it rained that day and the patio furniture was wet . ☹️ The food wasn’t bad . I had baked haddock in a glass dish with a baked potato and some asparagus. I wish the haddock was on a plate instead of coming in a dish and they gave me an option for vegetables. They also don’t do separate checks as well . That would of been easier for us , a party of 9 . Trying to figure out tax and tip wasn’t easy . I wouldn’t mind going back and sitting outside on the patio next time . I wouldn’t mind trying a different dish as well . It was our first time going there . Now we know what to expect next time . 🙂

This was our first time at Waterfall and we will not be going back. Upon arrival, we were offered a table in the front room with no A/C or outside on the patio - right next to very loud DJ speakers. We declined both options and were about to leave when the owner came up and offered us a table in the back room which had air conditioning. We were perplexed as to why this option was not initially offered. We sat down and then discovered that they were out of haddock - which eliminated all of the fish dishes (the baked haddock, the fish tacos and the fish/chips) from the menu. Without the fish dishes, 3 our of 4 of us couldn't find a good choice on the remaining - and limited - menu and ended up getting chicken wings off the appetizer menu. I had garlic parmesan which were greasy and bland. The small back room remained very noisy including hearing the outdoor music loudly every time someone went out through the door near us. My husband ordered chicken parm without cheese - but they served it without red sauce as well! We had to ask to some and he was given a very small amount to use. Overall, we were all "under-whelmed" with the restaurant, the food, and the environment. Too many other good places to go in Canton and the surrounding area - we will not be back.

It's a great local bar/restaurant. I've been there quite a bit and really like it. I was a little disappointed with their Mother's Day Brunch. On their advertisement for brunch they listed their menu to include Cornish game hens, which I thought my wife would really like. Unfortunately, on the day of it was not on the menu at all. It was still ok since my wife got the rack of lamb, which was pretty good. I got the prime rib, which was AWFUL.

Mandarin salmon, baked haddock and fish tacos were outstanding. Our server was so attentive, funny and lovely. The Irish music was great! The band members really created community with the dinners. Felt like one big family. We left so happy we had tried it out for the first time. We will be back.

Went with 3 friends. It was the first time there for the 3 of us. Since it was right before the St. Patty’s Day weekend, the noise level was probably higher than usual. The food and service were spectacular but even better was the musical entertainment provided by the group “Chrissie & the G Men”! Chrissie delivered flawless renditions of a variety of songs with the opportunity for diners to participate on many! Don’t know if Chrissie and the G Men are regulars there but if they are we will be regulars!!

Food was not very good, or well described. Seafood Paella was more like a risotto. No crunchy edges, just gummy, pasty rice. Once the server found out we were not drinking, hardly saw her. The table on the other side of the room was visited multiple times as they kept on ordering more drinks. Will not be back. I will say that the bar seemed to be a great place to hang out and listen to music, but the food and service outside the bar were abysmal.

Hello, The food was mediocre at best. My food was partially cold and they were out of coleslaw so I received a piece of lettuce on my plate. When I asked what happened to the coleslaw, the bar tender came back and said that "we are out of coleslaw". It would have been nice if I was told that before I ordered. My friend ordered a Ruben sandwich, the meat was rubbery and tasteless, and the french fires were cold. Terrible food service. I went to the Waterfall grill to see the band that was playing that night. The show was good with some surprise musical guest from the audience. I would not choose this place to eat again or recommend it to any friends or family.

I've been to the Waterfall Cafe several times. The food has always been decent and the staff friendly. They have always been extremely accommodating. While I like their menu a lot, the execution of the dishes has not always been spot on, but in general definitely worth a trip. And, the pumpkin martini I had was Yummy.

What a fantastic place! They accommodated our very late reservation for a large party with grace and hospitality-- and a private room. I enjoyed a delightful conversation with the owner and all were impressed with the terrific food and service. We look forward to returning when in Massachusetts.
