Under the direction of Chef & Sommelier Mark Filatow, Waterfront Wines Restaurant & Wine Bar has developed a fresh, continually evolving menu which reflects all that the Okanagan has to offer.

Waterfront is a small 50 seat Restaurant and Wine Bar. We have just begun our eleventh year of business and have established a strong following for the creations of Chef and Sommelier Mark Filatow. Chef Filatow exudes a passion for his art that is brought to new heights through marriages with the exclusive selections found on our wine list.

Our menu specializes in a mixture of Tapas-style items and Main Courses, with the focus on offering our guests as wide a variety of flavors as possible.

    We love coming for dinner but this last time I had a hair in my meal so it was disappointing and definitely didn’t sit well with me. I know these things can happen, none the less it did ruin my experience I’m always excited to dine there so I was disappointed.

    Great team, delicious food. One of the best restaurant in the Okanagan Valley! Never been disappointed by the food and the chefs are always trying to make you discover news dishes! Shane always delivers a service top notch! If you are in the Okanagan, you must go.

    The greeting was very friendly, pleasant. The server was very knowledgeable of the menu and wines. Service was prompt and the meal was enjoyable. The acoustics are poor but the music was kept at an unobtrusive level.

    The main entree was enjoyed very much by all of us, the dessert was also very good. For an appie we shared the tapas which was incredibly dissapointing for such a high end restaurant. mostly dry slices of bread, a tiny tub of bland hummus, some very cold olives and bland pickled vegetables. It was sub par in my opinion. We ordered a bottle of red wine which cost more than $100.00 and for some reason it tasted like it had been stored outside. It was incredibly cold and therefore we weren't able to appreciate the quality or flavour frankly. A restaurant called Waterfront Wines should be serving wine at the correct temperature. Very disappointing. Though our entrees were very good, wine is an important part of the meal and tapas sets the stage. As a result I won't be in a hurry to return.

    Another fantastic culinary experience at Waterfront Wines. Definitely a must go to when in Kelowna. The best duck I’ve ever had. And loved the wine selection. You can’t beat the atmosphere either - cozy and quaint with exceptional staff. 2 enthusiastic thumbs up!

    Small and cozy vibe. The food was great and the service was outstanding. The staff made some good wine pairing recommendations that we enjoyed with our meal. I would recommend this restaurant and we will certainly be back again!

    Outstanding. Probably in the top few best meals ever. The food was perfectly prepared as ordered, beautifully presented, and unbelievably delicious. Paired superbly with the Okanagan gem The Hermit by Ingo Grady. The staff were wonderful, warm, friendly and fun. Overall it was an unforgettable experience, and each and every time we visit Kelowna, we will definitely be having a meal at Waterfront. I cannot recommend Waterfront highly enough. If you haven't yet been, you are truly missing out.

    Fantastic food and excellent service [some of the best I have experienced in Kelowna]. However, they need a better way to distribute trouble groups in the restaurant. There was a table of gold diggers [that's the only word for women like that] who really ruined the experience for us and everyone else in the seating section. We were all looking at each other hoping that the server or manager would do something. It was the type of situation in hospitality where you comp the other tables' bills silently. I would really like to go again as we live across the street but I don't want to risk dealing with women who make it known to everyone else that they use and abuse men for their money. Really unfortunate how Waterfront dealt with it.
