   It's easy to understand how this restaurant was so busy. The food was very good and the service was phenomenal. Our waitress was a delight & she took excellent care of us. Glad we had a reservation as it was packed!!! We highly recommend the White Chocolate Grill!!!

   Great food but after only 40 minutes at the table, they started to rush us out so they could reseat the table. Ask if I wanted a box for my food when I was still eating. When I said no, I’m still eating we were asked if we wanted dessert, and when we said no they brought the check anyway. Incredibly rude! We were in and out in less than an hour and it was a bad feeling!

   White Chocolate Grill has the best of the best. Best food, best service and best prices and quality. The service is outstanding. Every time we go, we are never disappointed. Mother’s Day is always a busy day but the staff are amazing. Sultan was the best server. He was friendly, kind and Informative. He kept checking on us and he made sure we had everything we needed. Even when my drink order was late. I so appreciate him and it made my Mothers Day even better.

    Payment system went down on Mother's Day. Not their fault , however it did impact the experience for the customer. The payment platform should give the restaurant a credit for the poor service

    We have eaten many times at WCG and this is the 1st disappointment. We were seated exactly on time. The waiter was extremely attentive and pleasant. However, the main courses were lacking: Roasted chicken was over cooked and dry; my wife had it returned and the replacement was slightly better. I had the “fish of the day” Blackened Halibut which was also overcooked and dry. I chose to finish it. The mash potatoes were an extremely small portion and watery!! Maybe short staff in the kitchen due to a “5:00 Rush”?? However for a “reservation only” venue that should not be a reason. It will be awhile before we return - too many other restaurants on our “favorites” list!!

    This is one of our favorite restaurants in Scottsdale. The food and service are consistently great. Our server, Kora, made this evening really delightful. And this time the halibut and jambalaya were excellent!

    Took mom to a late lunch at White Chocolate Grill for Mother's Day. The place was busy busy busy, which was nice to see, actually. We had reservations and only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Our server was very attentive, provided great service and was very friendly. Our drinks and our food were delicious as always. I had the Blackened Sea Bass and my mom had the the Prime Rib. So recommend both! I have never had bad service or food here - they are awesome!

    Service was great, nice atmosphere, not too noisy where we sat but main dining area was loud. Drinks were good. Had to send back the cheeseburger. Couldn't even chew the meat with all the gristle. Got a replacement dish really fast. Was ok, not great. Wife liked her salmon burger, but was kind of fishy tasting. The roasted honey carrots had very little roasted flavor, were overcooked, and too sweet. Despite that, we enjoyed our time. Will we go back? Maybe to see if the food is better.

    The wait times had backed up about 15 minutes and when we were seated the restaurant offered us a complimentary appetizer to thank us for our patience. The food and service was excellent as always and overall it was a very nice evening.

    The food was amazing! Our waiter not so much. We were there celebrating our anniversary and after the waiter came to tell the specials of the night he left and seemed like he was avoiding coming back to our table to take our order. Another couple was seated next to us and he took their order and made small talk with them and disappeared. He walked past our table multiple times and never stopped to take our order. 25 minutes later I flag him down asking if we could order. The rest of the evening was like that. Just seemed very awkward.

    I don’t have one complaint at all about this place. I loved it. The barbecue was fantastic. It just fell off the bone. The steak was fantastic. The service was great. Highly recommend this place and we eat at a lot of high-end restaurants and this one is not as expensive as steak 44, but very very good definitely worth a try. We are going to be coming back to this place a lot. Thank you for a great night.

    Love this restaurant but evidently on SUNDAYS I will never return again. Food cold even after the second time of heating, service slow took a long time for hot water, desserts evidently were messed up and had to wait for them to be redone??? When I questioned manager I was told Sundays are not the best to go?????

    The food was very good and reasonably priced. The staff were all very nice and professional. The only issue we had was waiting for a second glass of wine that I would have liked to have had during my main course. The waiter was very apologetic but it seemed that someone else, the bar tender I was told, forgot to getrieve the order. Other than that, we had a very nice dinner
