It's a very nice place and an excellent dining option for Lincoln. The menu is quite varied in terms of offerings and it offers some great values (the chicken sous-vide was outstanding). The wine list is balanced and affordable, and they also offer flight options for a very reasonable amount. The service was very good and the ambiance is warm & friendly. Highly recommended.

Food was very good. We had a reservation but if we wanted to be seated at that time it was a high top by the waitress stand . The chairs are not comfortable but the food and staff top notch

The bulgogi was inedible, extremely salty, had to be sent back to the kitchen for a chicken dish. The Nebraska steak burger was derived from a very poor cut of beef, grisly, tough and undercooked....left half of this disaster on the plate. Even the Cesar salad (dressing) was way too briny. The server confessed the chef was a rookie. Not a good excuse. Cutting corners on the quality of the meat products and poor food preparation does not lead to 'repeat' customers.

We reserved an evening to dine with visiting family we haven't seen in a while. Thinking of a special restaurant for this occasion, we chose Wilderness Ridge. While the venue is certainly out-of-the-ordinary, we were left disappointed with the meal. The service was good, but someone needs to remind servers (especially with a round table) that the server serves from the left - and should never reach across another guest when serving a plate or refilling a water glass. Most of us chose a steak (ribeye, New York strips). The meats were not the quality expected.....very tough and grissely. One member of our party had so much grissel left on his plate, I was expecting the waiter to ask if all was okay - didn't happen. Having been involved in restaurant ownership in Omaha's Old Market - I understand that restaurants have good days and can have days that things don't go as expected...especially with the landscape of the service industry having changed so much in staff availability. Hoping attention to quality of food items and a little training of staff on how to serve and interact with dining customers will help.

Two of our meals were send back to get heated up.. tomato basil soup I’m sure was canned campbells tomato. And before we finished eating the cooking staff walked off leaving several tables with no food..

Our food came out very cold. The only thing that was hot was the roasted half hen. it was like our food was ready but the half hen was not ready and so our food was cold while his food came out hot. On the menu, it says the charcuterie comes with lavash. When we asked about it our server said they didn’t think it came with anything. I pointed out in the menu that it said that it did. So then he brought us bread. I had to send one of my cocktails back because it was not what it usually is, which was the raspberry margarita it was very, very sour, and it did not have a sugar rim. This I will say that it was the only time any of this has been experienced by us. Usually we have very good service and the food is better.

The duck leg confit (new to the menu) was fantastic, the carrot cake parfait was excellent for dessert. Everything was really outstanding. Our server, Arbutus, was attentive and extremely helpful. Overall, this was an outstanding dining experience!

Waitress did not bring appetizer plates as promised, no iced tea as promised, french dip was at least 1/2 fat. salad was good. waitress was nice just forgetful which is odd as it was 3:00 p.m. and there were only 2 other tables. Had our 1st blind date here 15 years ago, Wedding meal here and this was our 15 yr. anniversary and was disappointing. Will not return.

Service was great but our steaks just seemed very average. They did not seem like the cuts we ordered. My wife had a Ribeye and I had a New York Strip and it seemed like we both got a sirloin. It did taste ok and was cooked appropriately but it was unsatisfactory.
