Wildfire Steakhouse Oshawa
In addition to our perfectly grilled steaks that are seasoned with our own house blended spices, we offer a wide range of appetizers, entrées and desserts to please any palate.
Ordered the steak - medium, served rare - puddles of blood , asked to cook a bit more; returned very well done - not even edible unless you like chewing on leather. The price for this meal was 100 and they took 10 off my bill.
Overall it was pleasant. Besides the noise. Very crowded and loud.
Food and service was great however it was noisy and very overpriced. Will not be going back
Food was very good and the deals were a great price. Service was amazing! The waiter was really helpful with giving us info on the food an deals and so friendly.
Awesome meals and consideration of no pork or seafood for the app; replaced with a chef made salad. Who could ask for more! Will definitely go back!
A great evening out with outstanding fare. The only negative I can give is the route the busy servers took from kitchen to dining room, just beside our table. That being said, I would still like to be seated in the area by the bar, less noisy, more intimate.
Service was excellent and the food was very good. The waiter acknowledged our special occasion with a congratulatory card. Very nice.
Quality of food was amazing and very friendly staff
Overall great experience and ambiance. Food is cooked to perfection. The only thing I would add is not to have limitation with the costco Gift certificate. I am sure that people would go more often.
A bit short staffed but, overall a very enjoyable meal.
The WildFire Steakhouse was very good! The steaks were delicious, unfortunately mine came fairly rare. Besides that, the seasoned vegetables were amazing, better than any steakhouse or restaurant I’ve ever been to. They also had free butters to put on the steaks which were delicious. I would recommended going to the WildFire Steakhouse!
The food was delicious and service was great. I thought the ambiance would be a but more up scale, but it was still nice.
The food and server were excellent but the table we were sat us ruined the night. We were sat at a table right infront of the front door on a -27 night. So we couldn't feel our feet and could only focus on how cold we were. When we mentioned something after they moved us to another table right beside this one but it sent the cold down our backs everytime the door opened. I'm not sure I would return just because we couldn't wait to leave and rushed through out food because we were so cold. I'd expect more when spending $100 on a dinner.
We went to the Oshawa Wildfire for my birthday...It was our first time visiting and it won't be our last...Great meal...Great service...Nice ambiance and just an overall great experience.
As soon as you walk in the door you are welcomed. The service, food & ambiance was outstanding. It was our first time here and we will most definitely be back. Absolutely loved it
Upscale experience however it’s laid back and not needlessly pretentious as some other restaurants aim to be. Food quality was good and menu was great. Only thing I would suggest is a larger cocktail offering.
Always enjoy my meal when I go to Wildfire. It has quickly moved to the top of my list of favourite places to eat.
Amazing steakhouse. Servers are incredibly welcoming and the food is delicious. Somewhat pricey, but worth it depending on who you ask
Sorry first time there wasn’t impressed back to the keg sorry the only thing was the waitress she was very friendly .I made reservations and was late still seating even at door told me I was next before other couple waiting I said ok because I was gonna leave then took them first didn’t even say sorry when I was there I said I thought I was before them they said the hostess mixed up then going to the table they moved ppl to the table I asked for by the window and put them there and ya at there table bad communication
Amazing food, lovely atmosphere.. only issue was being sat right in front of the front door & freezing our feet every time the door opened. But they know that because the 2nd issue was the floor heater burning my husbands rear all night.
We aren’t complainers & happy to get out for the night, but that shouldn’t be a seat in restaurant in the winter months.
The service was most excellent and the food was outstanding. Very comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend Wild Fire to anyone.
Time after time, Wildfire is a great place for a great meal...highly recommended!
Great food and service. Will definitely go back again.
This was our first time here and we Are impressed. The service was exceptional and we were taken care of by Adam- very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The food was great and we will be back.
Everything was excellent, server very nice and knowledgeable
Very open concept so not ideal for romantic occasion. Great food, fair pricing on wine. Will definitely return.
Went here with my husband for our anniversary and it was just amazing from the time we walked in to the time we left. The staff were all so super friendly and the meal was to die for I never wanted it to end! We made a reservation so as soon as we walked in we were seated to our table and drinks were poured.
Service was good, food was great as well. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.
It was exactly what you want in a steakhouse. Very pricey but the food is absolutely worth it. I will definitely return for a special occasion.
Great server !! Food was great ...but forgot to bring part of my order to table or didn’t ring it in ...removed from bill ...but I really wanted those mushrooms lol...made it up to me with a slice of cheesecake so overall it was a great experience!!
This is a lovely restaurant and the service was excellent. The food was a fixed price, fixed menu as it was New Years Eve and there was a large group near to us - but again it was a special night and it was busy. The food was delicious. Kudos to the chef.
Can't go wrong with Wildfire. Food is excellent. Lots to choose from on the menu. Price is reasonable.
The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic. Sirloin steak was incredible . The only negatives were that the table was wobbly ( it was supported with a door stop ) and the ambiance was disappointing. The lights were too bright and the outdoor lights made it worse . Unfortunately the view was of a gas station . Otherwise I thought my experience was great .
Great service and food. Loved the lighting and ambiance.
Excellent on all fronts, from sitting at the bar with preliminary drink, service, great steak, good wine...
The service we received was exceptional, from the hostess at the front door to the wait person right thru the whole meal! I ordered the 7oz filet mignon, which was cooked perfectly and had the truffle butter on it. My husband had the 10oz filet mignon, which, unfortunately, although cooked to perfection, was a little tough. We both ordered the sautéed mushrooms - which is a Serving of buttery deliciousness, but we could have shared one order, as the portion was very large. Dessert did not disappoint. I had the carrot cake (very good) and my husband had the cheese cake (also very good). A relief, that both portions were just the right size to top off a wonderful meal. I might add that I had wine with my meal which was delicious! Eventi Pinot grigio (I think I got that right) from Italy. Mmmmm.
The meal was pretty expensive, but the whole experience was delightful and well worth it. Thanks to Wildfire for making our anniversary dinner a memorable occasion.
Waited 35 minutes for our reservation. No apologies. Ruined our anniversary. Went elsewhere. Hope this place shuts down. Emailed management and no reply or attempt to right their wrong. Zero stars
The server never asked how we wanted our steaks cooked. Didn't realize until he brought our meal and my girlfriend's steak was well-done. Her replacement steak was then close to blue-rare even though she wanted medium rare. He also forgot our appetizer. Food was prepared lightning quick, which was kind of odd. Overall, quite a letdown.
Good is good but expensive. Had to wait despite a reservation. Manager did give us a couple of drinks on the house, which was very nice. I liked my steak, but my husband found his sirloin chewy. The main thing st this restaurant is the constant traffic going past your table. We were in the middle and the white-shirted “busboys?” must have walked by our table 20 times! At times the three of them would walk by in succession. I know they were told to do this, but it’s terribly distracting when there is non-stop action right beside you. I almost felt like I was at a diner instead of a nice restaurant.
