Reserved a quiet table online for an Anniversary, The manager was rude at greeting and tried to seat us at the bar after I gave him the reservation. I asked for a quieter table per request as the restaurant was empty except for the bar area. We walked out. Very bad customer service!

Consistency at its best! I've been going to the Wildfox for a number of years now and they keep getting better. Great food, great service in a fun atmosphere. Need to distinguish themselves with a signature dish! Had the Prime Rib, great meat, perfectly cooked, needed a rub of some kind. Cocktails are great and inventive. Best in Novato!

Had a great time to meet and enjoy a meal with our son's girlfriend. The food was great and the atmospher just right. We especailly appreciated our favorite server; Jefferson. He've very attentive and makes the experience special.

I have had business meetings here before and enjoyed the food and service. Unfortunately, this did not translate over to a family dinner I arranged. The food is excellent and the menu is varied to provide all tastes. The server was aloof, not helpful , and did not even seem worried an order was not delivered as ordered. Maybe trained in France? This made the dinner for me a mistake as I had arranged it for visiting family members.

This is a solid go-to place with a good menu prepared with fresh ingredients. The staff is very pleasant although a bit slow on our visit. The clam chowder got rave reviews from a dining partner and we plan to be back soon.

Been here so many times. The food was great. It was a very hot nite and no ac. They invited all of us to dessert. 6 of us. I had the butterscotch pot. Omg...I'm a chef and it was the BEST I ever had. Fabulous

We always have a wonderful experience at the Wildfox. The service is friendly and fun and the food is delicious and exciting. W get the Kung Pao extra spicy often times because they make the best in the land. Their blue cheese wedge is always a must and also the roasted brussel sprouts. Brunch is amazing. Bottomless mimosa's or bloody Mry's are fab. You can't go wrong here. Everything is delicious and creative and fun

Was there for a pre-wedding party Friday night which was great for a cocktail/ hor dourve get together. Also went for Sunday Brunch wher my wife, daughter and I all had the Chilaquiles - which were very good not great. Lot's of food. Service great to real good both times. But bar closed at 11 on Saturday night.

The service was very slow, and not very attentive. The menu was limited but the food we ordered was very tasty. The noise level in the eating area was so loud that our conversation was very limited. I would recommend it for the food with all sorts of conditions .

Great experience last night at Wild Fox. Met a client in the bar, then had dinner. Good service, feel, and food. Food was quite good. Each of us commented on how good Iyer entrees and salads were. Seared Ahi tuna salad, toasted shrimp over green salad, and filet Mignon. Deserts were visually appealing as well as tasty. Great value for quality and setting.

Food was disappointing - lacking taste except for too much sugar in everything - even the wasabi mashed potatoes. Two of us ate Brussel sprouts, calamari, caesar salad, and ahi tuna on wasabi mashed potatoes with peanut sauce. Service was "team" and never saw our waiter again until I asked for our check. We asked for two things when ordering - no croutons on salad and no ice in water. Both came with the items we asked to avoid. Dining room was dirty - cob webs and dust clearly visible on twigs surrounding lights between two booths and on venetian blinds behind booth, yet inside the building. Even with a very dark room, the dirt and dust were noticeable. I would not go back, nor would I recommend this restaurant. Outside dining not possible as yellow jackets/wasps were voracious.

What a delightful luncheon! Both the hostess who seated us and our server were friendly, professional, and efficient. Excellent service. And the food was delicious. I ordered the seared salmon salad and a side order of the fabulous Brussels sprouts, and couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you!

Food was pretty good. I ordered the prime rib, which was tasty. Asparagus stalks were tough (i.e. inedible) - whoever cleaned them forgot to break off the ends. Server was okay but definitely could have been more attentive. I hate asking for refills on water and soda - just check on us every now and then, okay?

Started with the house Manhattan, which is delicious and layered in flavor, like at the hip bars in San Francisco. I love the prawn/risotto, the salmon/orzo and the tempura calamari dishes. But this time I tried the special, the Korean short ribs with rice and pickled slaw and it was outrageously good. Hope they add it to the menu.

We enjoy the food and athmosphere at Wildfox. Our only issue lately has been the service. This last visit, we arrived on time and was seated. We brought a special bottle of wine which I poured for the table. We were there for nearly 45-minutes when we finally stopped someone from the wait staff as he walked by. He said it wasn't his table, but he'd check. Thank heaven we stopped him, or who know's how long we'd had to wait? The fellow we stopped took care of us for the rest of the night, any he was great. They were very busy that night, but that makes two visits where the wait staff was hit and miss. The food was great, company enjoyable and, when all was done, we had a good time.

Wild Fox never disappoints - consistently delicious food and a good variety. Many entree' salads - Asian Beef, Prawn Louis, Southwestern and all are fantastic! Some pastas, seafood dishes and various meat options as well. Happy is da bomb - deals on drinks and most appetizers and pizzas are half off!

A great restaurant all around. As usual with most restaurants it was too noisy and I couldn't hear my own companions talking. I don't know why there is never better sound acoustics, but at least they didn't overwhelm us with loud music the way so many other places do.

C- food with F- service. We were left abandoned with no service for the 1st 20 minutes we were there. Requests for someone to help fell on deaf ears. Kid's burger was a hockey puck. Wine list reads like the 2nd shelf at Safeway. Pork chop was gristly with an oily sauce. We won't be back.

Horrible EXPERIENCE - Needs new management. we set for 20 minutes at a table, without a single person stopping by. Finally flagged a waiter who summoned the manager. She came over apologized and never returned to follow up. Saw her texting on her phone near the kitchen. Once we did get service, my friend ordered the rotisserie chicken - They were out - maybe not a big deal but it was her 3rd time there and the third time they were "out" of the chicken. Ordered a bottle of wine -guess what? They were also out of the wine we wanted. Had to ask for bread - Guess what - the waiter dropped off the bread, but forgot a plate to put it on - I could continue to write about how bad the training of the staff is, but suffice to say the entire experience sucked. We will never return and if your reading this, should consider yourself warned. Funny part is - Owners are not paying attention to the managers, so managers are not paying attention to staff, and I bet if you asked them all, they would think they are doing a great job.
