    Some of the staff was lovely, some others were rude, and that was disappointing. Food was great, although I they did not have Oysters (as usual, and as they told me on the phone).

    Beautiful place for family brunch, the service and ambience was excellent, the staff was especially amazing and very thoughtful as we were celebrating our mom's birthday that day and she had just recently passed away...thank you to the staff for a wonderful brunch experience !

    The Fairmont Chateau Laurier is definitely a place to visit-always enjoyable. Wilfred is comfortable & clean, very personable/ friendly staff, and the regular menu- is enjoyable. However, the brunch was disappointing. It’s not meant for a vegetarian….the buffet is already extremely limited- in choices. Very basic salad bar, fruit station consists of three options etc. Items listed weren’t present either-pasta station, & hash browns. We expected much more based on brunches served during other dining experiences… I’m recommending the experience for individuals not expecting too much but looking for a nice light brunch experience, in a pleasant atmosphere.

    Best brunch I have been to. Outstanding items for my taste buds included chicken and waffles (could not get enough), crepes in maple butter, roast that melted in your mouth, smoked salmon with red onions and capers, pecan tarts, milk chocolate and coconut cake and the many flavours of macarons.

    The breakfast buffet is great if you have time to enjoy it all. It's expensive ($40) if you don't have it included with you're room. So, if you're paying for it, you want to have time to really enjoy everything. It looks small, but it's actually got a ton of great stuff: eggs Benedict, an egg/omelette bar, bacon, chicken sausage, scrambled eggs, local breads for toast, delicious local jams and house butter, 6 different fresh juices, a ton of fresh pastries, french toast, syrup, smoked salmon, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereal, hot oatmeal, etc. It all comes with tea or coffee as well. That said, they have an a la carte menu & most individual items are less than the buffet - so choose wisely.

    This is definitely the best buffet in the city, my only suggestion is that they should consider having fresh pressed juices instead of boxed juices. Thanks

    Nice choice in food. We were sat right by the server station however and found it rather noisy. We could hear the servers trying to organize themselves and there was a lot of traffic. Also, for the cost, it would be nice if something like a cappuccino was included. Only basic coffee and tea is. Honestly, you can just as tasty dishes at Perkins for far less $$$.

    We had a very nice brunch. The food is nice, but nothing exceptional. For the price, we had expected something a little more refined. The prime rib was cold and so was the gravy. Service was fine. We really enjoyed the large table by the window, the quietness of the restaurant which allowed us to chat without shouting, and the fact that we did not feel rushed.

    Overall it was a good experience although I felt that we were slightly rushed to order. Our reservation for breakfast was at 10h00 am so I don't know what the rush was about. Other than that we had a great time. Thank you Wilfrid's restaurant!

    The weekend brunch at the Chateau Laurier never disappoints. The array of food offered at the buffet is impressive and absolutely delicious. The service is great. Courteous and professional staff who aim to please. I would highly recommend this establishment.

    I booked 1:30 for 5 a birthday group from work I guess it was too close to closing time and while we chatted over one meal the time ran out so my group was not able to get seconds Overall it was good but not as before We will aim for an earlier time in the future

    I attended the Thanksgiving brunch; everything was delicious and exquisitely pleasing. The servers and waitress was very kind. The manager was walking around greeting us and that was the highlight of my evening. She asked if everything was alright and I responded yes and she says take my time and enjoy myself Please whatever your occasion take yourself and guest to Wilfreds

    The Thanksgiving brunch at Wilfrids was great but expensive. Their regular brunches are less costly and equally great. The roast meat is great. I would suggest having more hot vegetables to go with it.

    All three of us really enjoyed the Thanksgiving buffet. There were so many dishes to choose from, hot and cold, that I wasn't able to try everything (since I wanted to leave room for some desserts) and everything I had was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the smoked salmon and shrimp among my starters, and the turkey and roast beef were tender and tasty. The service was excellent too; Oleg was friendly and always there to pour coffee or water when we were ready for a refill. It was definitely worth the splurge.

    To have turkey cut from a roll when an actual turkey was right there!! Gravy had run out, dressing was cubed, only one vegetable choice. Everything was cold. Overpriced. Only valet parking available for $25. Will never go there again

    Thanksgiving brunch. Great seafood spread and prime rib. Delicious desserts. Wish there had been roast potatoes and some green veg and turkey dressing. And a lot of the hot food was a bit lukewarm - I guess that’s a downside of buffet. And it was a bit chilly sitting by a door.

    The food has an excellent taste. Great customer service Excellent food presentation ant the best of all are the creepes. I love that the Benedict Eggs are not so soft in the middle.

    Very much enjoyed our brunch, but do feel that the overall quality and selection at Wilfred's has declined over the years (no more omlette guy, carving station, etc..) but don't get me wrong still very much enjoyed, just isn't what it used to be.

    Great food and service. Only complaint was the debit/credit machines weren’t working so I needed to leave the restaurant and use a nearby ATM to get cash

    It was my first time and everything from start to finish was wonderful The welcome staff at desk to my server Megan was very helpful The meals was exquisitely delicious and presentation was a delight Overall I was very pleased and satisfied.
