    I made a special request during booking for my husband birthday and upon arrival we didn’t know who was our waiter. Throughout the whole brunch we were barely checked up on and I waited to see whether waiter would honor my special request but they didn’t. I was quite disappointed. Food was good but some options were running out and wouldn’t be refilled right away. We weren’t cared for as I expected for a 2nd time and first time for my husband.

    Excellent food. A few missing items though, such as blue cheese. The sweets were good but not as good as before in my opinion. Superb seafood. Staff is first class.

    Nice variety of food, including seafood, which is probably (partially) why it is quite expensive for a brunch. The drinks are definitely overpriced with mimosas at 14$ each. Our server was really nice and offered a really good service. Expected more from the ambiance/decor considering it’s at Chateau Laurier. (We went for drinks and desserts at Zoe’s the night before, which was much more charming).

    Found it to be overpriced for the selection of food available. Very little fruits: only pineapple, watermelon and cantaloup… no berries at all for the pancakes. The butter chicken was not good. There were a lot of desserts however.

    Food was great. Did the buffet style and the only thing lacking was maybe some more veggies / greens. Lots of fruits but a simple salad would make a great addition to the mix! Staff were extremely professional, as expected of such a high end hotel.

    I have never been to a more outstanding buffet in my life and that is no exaggeration!!! The service was top notch, just such pleasant people (Katie and Grace). The food was delicious, so much variety, just so amazing!!! I will one thousand percent be back! Oh and the price was right too!!! The atmosphere was fabulous!!!     Ambiance and service were excellent. View next to windows are amazing. Disappointed with the limited choices in buffet. Only one 'pancake' option, which was crepe. But crepes were delicious. Also disappointed with staff's knowledge of gluten free options; one staffer would refer us to another staffer, who would then refer us to another staffer. Ultimately, manager did not appear to fully comprehend what a gluten allergy (celiac) was.

    Had the breakfast buffet. The chef recommended the buffet over other option. The food was excellent and the chef kept the buffet open a bit longer to facilitate a return. Quality was excellent

    Bilingualism at the entrance but not at all on the floor. Breakfast part of the brunch was very good but the rest was not good. Skewers were dry, fish was awfull, gnocchi were hard and chicken cacciatore was not well seasonned.

    We went for brunch for a table of 6. We were promptly seated and well served. The food was delicious, all of it. My favourite was probably “Crepe au lait”. At $50 per person ($25 per child) it’s not cheap, but includes coffee/tea/juices. I will be going again.

    Our server was a little on the forgetful side with cream needed for our coffee and our waters were not refreshed. The overall experience was just fabulous and this wouldn’t deter me from coming back just thought she could have cared more for us when it wasn’t all that busy.

    This was the first time I had eaten at this location and with it being a Fairmont location, I was excited. However, our table was very disappointed in the service and food. We were treated well by the hostess however our servers were not attentive and we had to ask for them several times. The food was surprisingly disappointing - our breakfast looked uninspiring as if we had made it ourselves at home. Strongly recommend going to Daly's restaurant across the street at the Westin - they are consistently providing high quality food and service.

    This is such a delicious, beautiful and bountiful brunch. There is a ridiculously tempting selection of food to choose from. Very good quality from appetisers, through seafood, cooked food, fresh pasta, meats, beautiful desserts. It's really fantastic and in my view, at $49, excellent value.

    We were there for Sunday brunch, Apr. 16, and it was like the Wilfrid's brunch of old, pre-pandemic! We especially enjoyed the classic flour less chocolate cake in its smaller incarnation. Of course, the buffet was delicious and memorable as it was also our anniversary celebration. We appreciated the warm welcome from staff and familiar faces we had missed from previous visits.

    Terrible food: egg was poached in too much vinegar— was too sour at overpowered everything else. Pork belly and other bbq items were left out too long, so they were all pretty dry. Food in overall is a crap compared to the buffet they used to have at Fairmont Montebello, and is wayyy overpriced ($105/person). Brunch at Cora’s would have been much better and cheaper than this. Service is also crap despite a bunch of mangers on the floor: buss boy didn’t notify server about new arrival guests, our server didn’t come to our table until after we had sat down for a good 10 mins and then went to get our food and started to eat. We are in the food service business ourselves and never mind paying for good food and good service, and Wilfrid was neither. Never come back here again!

    Waiters should be paid more than the minimum salary. Patrons are not there to refurbish their pocket. C’mon 15% tips+ is outrageous!!! Not everybody has 15% tips to give as from their pocket b,’cause you guys cannot pay your employees a decent salary. We are not there to pick up the pieces because employers are so cheap.

    I was impressed with the amount of freshly cooked seafood on the menu this time. The scallops and shrimps were very tasty. Everyone in my party, who eat seafood, enjoyed it a lot. The egg Benedicts with pieces of shrimps were excellent. Had there been a salmon dish or another fish, the brunch menu would have been perfect. I was also very happy that there were quite a few tasty freshly cooked vegetarian dishes on the menu. There was one vegetarian in our party. He fell included this time with the choices he had. My husband enjoyed the roast beef a lot, while one person in my party raved about the porc belly. I tasted the cheesecake and the chocolate cake. They were heavenly. All in all, keep providing a good number of freshly cooked seafood and fish. More and more people stop eating meat and eat only seafood and fish.
