   4名ディナーで利用しました。カットした状態のお肉をまとめて大皿に盛って運んでくれました。シェアできるので人数分より少ないお肉を注文して、サイド(ほうれん草、ポテト、ライス)追加するのがおすすめです。

   Disappointed with food this visit. Menu was reduced from previous visits. Service was great. Bathrooms were closed. Undergoing renovations. They are capable of much more.

   円安の影響もあり、少しコスト高ではありますが、肉の味は最高でした！日本のお店は行ったことがないので、帰国した後、是非　日本のお店にも行ってみたいと思います。

    The ambiance was nice but the steak was not as tasty as I remember. Not sure why. The service was great most of the time, thought it wasn’t really busy.

    I almost never write reviews but this experience was horrible. First when we came I got a fish that looked over dry and over cooked. In pair with it was a fly in a cup of water. When I showed it to waiter he took water away without even offering new bottle and told me he can not wave charge for fish since it’s what I ordered. Really? I told him to just take it. Later they brought steak overcooked and not chewable and salads. They been rushing us so much that put hands inside salads. After we told them to not rush us instead of apologizing they start arguing. On top they spilled food on my wife’s dress than they took out plates. Manager did not charge us for steak and fish that we sent back but did not even come out to apologize. Horrible service and food. Appetizers were good but the rest is disgusting. Sorry but that’s true

    The fretting staff was somewhat oblivious and while we had a reservation told us to sit at some chairs but didn’t offer us to sit at the bar for a drink. Other than front of the house the wait staff and food were terrific. Although taste of New York still needs the New York cheesecake.

    We loved it! The service and the food were great!! But next time as the portions are all so huge, we will, for example, order just one plate of fillet mignon to share with two people😍 However, I must say the left overs that we brought back home was excellent the following morning too!

    The service was good firstly, but every other aspect was very middling to poor. The steak was debatably worse than a chain like Outback Steakhouse and fries were rather dry and comedic as they were cartoon sized. The bread and salad were good but that is expected. Unevenly cooked ribeye without strong seasoning for 3 figures is far below expectation

    We live within walking distance of Wolfgang's, so we eat here every month or so for lunch and dinner. We love the varied menu - even non-steak dishes are excellent. My favorite lunch is the Salad Nicoise. Lunch prices are competitive with nearby hotels, but the food is much better! Portions are large. For dinner, we typically share a steak and still have extra to take home to enjoy the next day. Service is reliably friendly, attentive, and professional. Shout out to Matt for our most recent dinner! This is one of our favorite restaurants in Waikiki. It is adjacent to the Sheraton Waikiki and the Royal Hawaiian hotels - I counted 300 steps from our table to the entrance to the Sheraton. If you are staying at one of these hotels, you owe it to yourself to eat here!

    The service was great but the texture of the filet mignon was not. I expected more from a restaurant such as this and especially for the price. Overall, management corrected the issue by bringing me a ribeye in place of the filet, and it was absolutely delicious. Regardless of my steak not being how i expected, the overall experience was a good one so i would recommend this restaurant to those who would like to spend $120 for a steak that you could get from a cheesecake factory and pay a quarter of the price. Oh and let me not forget to add that they had no bathroom so we had ro go out and down one floor to the food court.

    予約はとてもスムーズにできて助かりました！ ハッピーアワーの時間に間に合ったので、受付の女性とはハッピーアワーを利用すると話していたのに、普通のドリンクメニューしか出してもらえず。私はそれがハッピーアワーのメニューだと思い、結局、普通に注文をしてしまいました。2杯目以降のドリンクを聞きに来てくれた男の人は、ハッピーアワーの時間後に聞きに来たので、結局、ハッピーアワーは使えませんでした。 お肉はボリュームもあり、美味しかったです！が、食べきれませんでした。残したお肉はパックに入れて持ち帰ることができました。 ハッピーアワーの件や、お料理の提供の仕方も雑で、持ち帰り分は無言で他の人のお料理を手に持ったまま、ポーンとテーブルに置かれたので残念でした。お店の方のサービス心は、こんなものなのかな…と残念でした。

    Ordered Filet. No seasoning, bland. Served peppercorn gravy to dunk bites into. If it’s a good steak, you don’t need anything. Lobster Mac and Cheese bland and grainy. Not good or worth the money.

    予約したにも関わらず、時間通りに入店出来ない。スタッフの態度が良くない。ステーキが美味しくない。ルースズクリスが全てにおいてグレートが高い。 特にスタッフの教育ができてないと感じます。次回の飲食は無いと思います。

    Breakfast was outstanding. The eggs Benedict were the best I ever had. Moco Loco was interesting as this was my first meal of theirs Hawaiian local food. The beef patty on top with mushroom gravy was delicious and tasted like steak. Their happy hour is equally fabulous-try the complimentary house made potato chips. I keep going back for breakfast! It’s so good and the waitstaff are terrific; very well trained
