For over 24 years, Zambri’s has been fortunate enough to serve Victorians Italian soul food paired with all the best wines of Italy. We’ve grown as Victoria has grown, but at our heart, we have remained true to our roots. Many years of working with local farmers, being a contributing member of our local community, caring for the environment (we are carbon neutral), hosting Italian wine dinners and always making sure that our vision for our food stays true, have brought us to the place we are now.

    Disappointed with the food quality and lack of taste. Pizza was skimpy on the toppings with very little cheese and sausage. The tomato sauce lacked flavour. The lasagna lacked flavour, noodles were dry and over baked (reheated and sat?), and the meat sauce had hardly any meat. Low value for the prices charged on both dishes.

    All the food items were well presented and very good, I found the Caesar salad to be rather lacking in lettuce, that was a disappointment, but the salad was good. Service was amazing.

    During a recent holiday gathering at Zambri's, my friends and I were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional culinary experience. The cuisine was sublime, the ambiance radiated elegance, and the service was of the highest caliber. This establishment truly stands out as a culinary beacon in Victoria. One minor note: the lively atmosphere does contribute to a somewhat elevated noise level. Nonetheless, a small matter in an otherwise splendid dining experience.

    Zambri's has been one of our favourite dining places since the origin in the London Drugs Mall on Yates Street and it continues to excel. The service was excellent starting Heida greeting us at the door to ensuring that we got our meals on time to go to the Nutcracker at the Royal. The food was suberb!! Thanks for being here and being a part of our dining experience.

    Unfortunately the restaurant where we were sitting was too noisy to talk comfortably Food was good The Tuna puttanesca had stones in the Olives which made somewhat of a hazard eating it although very tasty

    Nice spot in town, great ambience, lovely service staff and good food options. Burrata appetizer was delicious. Aglio Olio was a bit dry. Pizza wasn't a great hit with our table. Tagliatelle and Tuna Puttanesca was enjoyed.

    Service was shocking… we had an allergy at the table and requested that we change the dish to accommodate. We were told no by the “kitchen” so the dinner we were hopeful for was no longer available for us because of this. Then we ordered a coffee at the end of the meal that never showed up… were charged for it and had to ask it be taken off… like it wasn’t even noticed that it was never served. Overall not sure I will ever come back. For $400 for 4 people I would expect that when I left I would have felt that I hadn’t wasted my evening or my money to feel like the restaurant was “better” than me.

    I have been to Zambri's around 200 times in the last 10 years -- easily. It is reliable as gravity - there are few, if any, surprises that are anything less than pleasant. It has been our go to for authentic regional Italian cuisine for as long as I can remember. The food is always spot on. The staff are always pleasant and well informed as to the menu. The vibe is consistent. We like the people watching as much as the dishes that emerge from the kitchen. Their wine selection is more than adequate and will appeal to any guest -- and their cocktails are fresh, honouring the traditions of the classics and innovative when something new is created. Whether you are on a first date, an anniversary or friendly meetup -- even for business, Zambri's is our first choice for a tasty Italian meal.

    Our server was lovely and went above and beyond for my birthday by singing along a happy birthday song. Restaurant was clean not too noisy and the ambiance was fantastic for a date night. Food was good but not as authentic as I hoped for. Spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino was made with habanero. Bresaola although tasted good was sliced too think which made it hard to chew. Passion fruit panna cotta was out of this world.

    Hello Donello, I'm truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. Saturday nights are busy and sometimes the noise is out of our control. However, we take your feedback seriously and will do our best to address the noise issue. The $2 charge is for the martini. You will notice on your bill there is the charge for the highball and $2 martini charge (to make it the cocktail), not for the olives.     We have a great dinner. Our server made the day extra special by putting a candle in my son’s dessert (we were celebrating his birthday). I enjoyed the new menu-very creative!
