    Food was delicious, we all had different dishes. Service was not as great, but it was a very busy night. Drink order was delayed, then had to be remade. One dinner order did not come with the correct side. A few other server related issues, but overall experience was good and I would come back on a less crazy night.

    Fantastic service. Was truly special to have a hand written card from the GM handed to us himself at check-in for our 7th wedding anniversary, definitely above and beyond. Waitress was wonderful and was pleasant to have short conversation with. Definitely will recommend and dine-in again in the future due to a great vibe as well as many interesting dinner options I'd like to explore.

    House wine, by the glass, just ok. Spaghetti and meatballs was ok with meatballs kind of bland. Ravioli some edges over cooked. Calamari was very good and aioli flavorful. Was not provided any bread.

    Absolutely love Zarlettis. Every meal is perfect and the ambience is relaxing - great for great conversations with friends over dinner. Our server was delightful - attentive but not hovering; funny, efficient, very knowledgeable. Will keep coming back.

    I’m so glad to find one of my favorite restaurants from downtown in Mequon area. Their food has full flavor from good ingredients and quality techniques. The atmosphere is very friendly and cordial. Interior is wide open space with high ceilings, warm lighting and tall windows, urban and rustic at the same time. My only disappointment from this visit was their affogato, my staple dessert. The ice cream or gelato they used felt like iced cardboard… prbly from being melt and refrozen or very last scoop left in the bottom. I hope they would pay more attention to this to bring more holistic joyous experience.

    For a weeknight, the service was a bit slow. Our server did not bring all the items on our order in a timely manner. We ordered a large salad as our first course which didn't arrive. Later, we had to ask that it be removed from the total bill as our server promised us. We will not be back.

    The service was sub par as the server had way too many tables. Food had to be sent back as the order was wrong. Service was also slow as a result of having to many tables. The food was not great. It lacked flavor. The Caesar salad had almost no dressing. It tasted like plain romaine with some cheese and croutons on it.

    We went out for a farewell dinner with dear friends who are moving away. They had never visited Zarletti’s. It did not disappoint from the moment we entered the reception area until our moment of departure. Everyone was friendly snd welcoming. Our server, Joe, was outstanding. He was very attentive without hovering. Drinks were so good. Two of us had the butternut squash ravioli. Oh my. It was perfect and delicious beyond my expectations. The other pasta dishes were also delicious. The bread was served warm. It was perfect - crusty with a soft center. The flourless chocolate cake made one of our guests smile from beginning to end, snd he left not a crumb. Thank you, Zarletti’s, for a perfect farewell dinner and an evening to remember.

    Expensive for what you get. I had a salad that was priced at $18.00 with not much in it but lettuce! Second time this happened . If you charge that price you have to put enough ingredients in the salad to make it worthy to charge $18.00

    Excellent food - whenever we are in town this is a definite on our list. Our son attends college in Mequon and this was a great find. You can't go wrong eating here.

    My husband and I were on a romantic weekend getaway and had been driving all day before arriving at our destination resort. We made reservations at Zarletti and were excited for dinner. We arrived at the restaurant at our reservation time and we were seated. We loved the decor and ambiance at Zarletti, but the fact that it took a half hour to get a glass of water after being seated at our table completely ruined our experience. Our server was very inexperienced and did not appear to have been trained. We heard other servers explaining the evening specials, etc., but ours offered us nothing. The overall service was a huge disappointment.

    A quiet, expensive dinner, forget it! Noisy pizza bar! Food is over priced and the environment is bar like! Will never go there again. We have too many classy Italian restaurants in Cedarburg and Grafton! Very disappointed but we know what to do, tell family and friends to never go there!

    Server was terrible. Ordered drinks and brought them when we were almost finished with dinner. Wanted to order my entree with shrimp and she said it would be too much shrimp. Very odd.

    It is really hard to spend that much money on a meal and be out the door in 40 minutes. We hadn’t even finished our salad and the entree was served. Very disappointing

    We ate outside on a perfect night. Our waiter was very attentive with other staff bringing bread and keeping our water glasses full. The 4 of us shared 2 different large salads and 2 different types of vegetarian pizzas and everything was delicious., Zarletti's Mequon continues to be one of our favorite spots to eat.

    All good. Know that they have instituted a 22% automatic gratuity on parties of 6 or more. Fine because our server was good but wouldn’t have been happy if it was marginal service.

    We enjoyed the meal. The service was a little lackluster but nevertheless acceptable. We live in the area so it's nice to have a good restaurant nearby where we can have an enjoyable meal.

    This was our first dining experience at Zarletti and we had a great time. We celebrated my partners 30th birthday and they gave him a hand written card and free dessert to end our meal. The food was amazing and our waitress Isabela was so friendly. We will definitely be back!

    Four of us enjoyed a nice meal, 2 pasta dishes, short ribs and salmon. Great desserts - tiramisu and cannoli. Was seated right away with reservations. Food came hot a fresh from the kitchen. Wait staff was pleasant, but forgot a couple requests and was missing for a bit during the meal when we needed drink refills. Place was busy and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Definitely will return.

    Enjoyed fantastic dinner on the patio. Simple appetizers, fresh pasta with steak tips and garlic cream sauce, wine from Sardinia, chocolate cheese cake. Excellent server. This is a go to favorite place.

    Hers: Salmon was prepared differently from the last time we were here about four months ago. Not very good this time. Overcooked and dry. No sauce on the salmon. Lumpy mashed potatoes scooped with an ice cream scoop instead of creamy, whipped potatoes smeared across the plate. Presentation was poor. His: Only six ravioli on the plate and not enough sauce. Waitress had trouble keeping the two separate checks straight for our party of four.

    Dinner was good, dessert was not. Had the cannoli and it wasn’t good. Everything else was delicious, coffee was great! Waitress was not friendly at all which was weird because we’ve never had a bad wait staff there before. It was a nice evening overall.
