   I didn’t realize that the duck bowl was a soup bowl. , I left it but the other 4 people enjoyed their meal. I think warm bread rolls should be offered

   I dined there twice. First evening it was a very Zen atmosphere. Second evening it was a bit loud but there were a few large parties having a great time! The staff was very attentive and food was amazing!

    We are in town for Spring Break staying at the Omni. We wanted to try Zen because we are big fans of Asian food in general. The overall experience was subpar at best; to begin, the server introduced himself by telling us he was “filling in” from the steakhouse. This was disappointing to start because when a restaurant is at this price point, the expectation is that the level of service should align with that and we should have a professional taking care of us, and even if he or she is filling in - just keep it to yourself and offer a great service. It took a while to get our order put in. Appetizers came quickly after and they were okay. The soups were both good (miso + sweet & sour), however the dumplings were not good, the sauce was bland and the dumplings themselves were dry and tasteless. Same goes for the Tuna tartare, small portion and lack of flavor for $18. We had to request soy sauce, it didn’t come at first request. The sushi itself as our main course was fantastic! Overall, to conclude, we weren’t satisfied with our experience and we won’t return.

    The waitress was very rushed and totally uninterested in us. The food was fair st best and choices limited. The Margarita mix was cheap and tasteless. The eel was decent however.

    We all enjoyed the calmness and exclusiveness of Zen along with the attentiveness of the wait staff. However we would have preferred to have more choice on the menu, and found some of the dishes to be quite pricey. Portion sizes were also hit or miss with some of our party feeling they had not had enough to eat. Overall a nice experience but not a regular eating place.

    Super place. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Beautiful property. Free valet. We came with our kids and loved the whole experience. Special call out to James, which performed some magic tricks table-side. It topped of the perfect meal. Highly recommended.

    The staff was very polite and accommodating. The restaurant had great ambiance and the noise level was low. We weren’t that hungry, so we ordered some sushi and dumplings, a miso soup and a few other small items. All of the food was flavorful, fresh, and served quickly. My wife and I brought our tween daughters, and they enjoyed it just as much as we did.

    I was at the Omni for 2 nights and did not feel like leaving. I wanted sushi, and I was beyond happy to read about Zen as on on-site opportunity! I ordered a ginger-dressing salad and 2 rolls, both of which were delicious. The cost for the rolls was no higher than I pay at home in nearby restaurants, but the $9 salad was a bit much. I'd do it all again, though, because it was delicious, the atmosphere was calm, and the service, impeccable. If you stay at the Omni, give Zen a try - if you like sushi or other Asian foods, you won't regret it.
