The steaks at Zoe’s are outstanding. Cooked to perfection and very tender. Our server, Shannon, was one of the best servers I’ve had at any restaurant. So friendly and very professional! She was a delight. Prices are in line with the excellent quality of the food. The carrot cake was out of this world.

We went for our anniversary, which we had done a couple of times, and as always it was amazing. Our server Dave was friendly and informative and the sommelier was great. We did a tasting menu and everything was amazing. They even had a card on our table wishing us Happy Anniversary with signatures from the staff.

Everything was amazing, we went for our wedding anniversary and there was a lovely card signed by everyone on our table when we arrived. Our food was cooked perfectly and our waitress was both attentive and accommodating. The wine selections made by Marc were fantastic! We will definitely be returning.

From the valet guy to the manager, the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. We had a drink at the bar, excellent services and drinks. Then went to our table. Beautiful ambiance. Our server was wonderful. The food amazing! Filet mignon and strip steak with lobster. All cooked to perfection! The manager stopped at our table as well. We will definitely be back.

My favorite restaurant in Virginia Beach. 5 star food, Impeccable service, and world class wine selection. Recommend the wine pairing with your meal. Always leave room for dessert. The creme brulee is my go-to.

It was fantastic, it was our first time there and our server was super helpful with recommendations and answering questions. We got sat immediately as we got in and served water and walked through all of the beverage options and the specials. I don’t give 5 stars easily however one of the best meals I have had in many years. This was a business dinner and there were 14 of us. Mark the manager was very helpful and seated us in their wine room which was perfect for our party. Chantel our waitress was honestly the best server I have ever had!!!! She was OUTSTANDING in every way and mad our dinner so perfect. Her suggestions on appetizers and meals was outstanding. I had the NY Strip and it was perfectly cooked and delicious. I will absolutely return everytime I am in Virginia Beach

We had a wonderful dinner of Wagyu beef and lobster paired with an absolutely wonderful Bordeaux. We started the meal with some wonderful craft cocktails paired with the Zoe’s Oysters, an Oysters Rockefeller version and also some scallops. For dinner my wife ordered the Surf and Turf with a fillet and Lobster. I ordered the 6oz Sanuki Wagyu Tenderloin. It was served with Brocollini, mashed potatoes and a crab salad. If 6oz does not sound like much food the rich Wagyu satisfied me completely. We paired these foods with a 2005 Chateau Latour Paullac Grand Vin. All together this was a fantastic meal. We finished off with a single piece of Carrot cake which we both shared and still brought half of it back to the hotel. The service was very attentive, and everything arrived at the correct time. the sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My only gripe was that the restaurant automatically placed a 20% tip on the bill. I many times give more than 20% but the automatic tip seemed to me to be a lack of trust and I did not add more.

Charcuterie board is a small portion of meat only, cheese is not included or there is an additional $20 for cheese to be added. Bibb salad is not bibb lettuce, but more like a small iceberg wedge, with 2 cherry tomatoes cut in half and a sprinkle of bacon for $16. Rack of lamb on menu was 4 rib bones w 2 chops. Sides are small portions of whipped potatoes and broccolini. The best was the dessert, a huge and delicious piece of carrot cake. Booths are cozy and many nice wine choices, but dinner is overpriced and not worth it. If we come back, it will be for wine and carrot cake. I have visited this restaurant over the years, but feel the quality and quantity needs improvement.

Extra touches with handling of flowers delivered for the birthday and even a card from the folks. One of the best dining experiences in memory.

The food here is very good as well as the service. We didn’t want to have another 200. Dinner night for two of us so we split a meal , had one glass of wine (just one, not each) and a slice of their wonderful carrot cake. After the 20% tip (which was automatically added on) it still cost 163.00. I wouldn’t say it was THAT good.

In the past three years the cost of everything has gone up, and in order to provide our guests with the best steaks, seafood, and produce, we have to charge appropriately so that we (being a small business) can stay open. There are two other well-known steakhouses in our area that are serving less quality product and at the same time charging more than us. We are trying to be fair to our guests and at the same time stay in business. These are challenging times for everyone.

The filet and sides were delicious, although the portions looked small at first. The steak had one small streak of gristle. Crème brulee was a great end to the meal, albeit very rich. At this price, the food had to be superb and it was. Prices include a 20% gratuity.

Love this .. I want to say restaurant but for us it’s more like an experience! My husband and I come here for all our special occasions! My only heartbreak is that the cost of food has gone up… but with creative chefs like Zoe’s they seem to make up for the price.! Phenomenal food and even better service! The dishes were well curated. Exceptional flavors and textures alike. The Summer corn soup was the best soup I’ve ever had! The burrata was so smooth and creamy! The scallops were plump, juicy and perfectly seared. The wagu was chefs kiss. We loved our entire meal from start to finish.

Food was amazing, could really taste the thought, care and effort that went into each part of the meal. Having worked in the industry, it was refreshing to witness such a professional kitchen that clearly takes pride in its work, which is all too rare. Service was impeccable too. I believe our servers name was Dave. Perfect blend of friendly chat while also letting us enjoy each others company. He went the extra mile to make my wife’s birthday dinner feel special. Even more impressive considering we were one of the last tables of the evening, we still did not feel rushed out. He even went and found a candle for the dessert. Truly wonderful experience from start to finish.

The food. OMG. Amazingly wonderful entrees. Drinks and appetizers were on point. Wine was phenomenal. Dessert was the perfect ending to a great evening

Fantastic experience! It was a birthday celebration so we went all out. The sommelier made wine and cocktail suggestions then we began with oysters rockefeller. The pimento cheese was a first and a nice addition. The birthday guy decided to go for the top tier Sanuki wagyu and it was everything you would imagine. Myself, I ordered the steak frites and have absolutely no regrets. We finished, sharing the OMG carrot cake - Most appropriate name for it. Service was remarkable and it began with valet in the parking lot. I really can’t say enough about our time at Zoe’s. We definitely plan to return.

We are first-time diners at Zoe's and were very impressed with pretty much everything. The food was first rate, the wine was excellent, the dining room was lovely and felt private in the booths and the service was outstanding. This is fine dining! Thank you for a fabulous experience!

We were at Zoe's last night for our 15th wedding anniversary. The service was literally the best that I have ever seen at any restaurant in Hampton Roads (and I've been here for decades). We ordered virtually every appetizer on the menu, which we opted to make our entire dinner (i.e. nothing else except for the awesome carrot cake for dessert), and the food was uniformly outstanding.
