Great spot for a romantic dinner date or intimate dinner with friends. They have the most delicious food that is perfectly prepared and the servers are very attentive. The restaurant has a unique & beautiful ambience. We’ve dined here at least 4 times during various times of the year and the experience was great each time. Definitely a top choice in the whole area.

Wonderful from start to finish! The scallop noodle short rib was divine! The cinnamon ginger old fashioned was a delicious seasonal cocktail. The service was top notch. A new favorite!

Zoubi's Top 100 rating is well deserved! Dining was an absolute joy and we had one of the best meals, EVER! There is not a single thing we would want improved except the parking situation which we know they cannot control. We are going back, soon - with friends.....

Delicious food, great wine selection and very interesting cocktails. Loved the feel and atmosphere of the dining area. Looking forward to coming back when it is warmer to enjoy the outdoor patio eating area. Highly attentive staff that really added to the experience. Would highly recommend to a friend and even a foe for that matter. Chilean Sea Bass and Strip Steak were to die for. Key Lime Pie was exquisite. Can't forget the baked oysters, they were melt in your mouth good.

Wonderful experience. Been wanting to check this place out for awhile. My wife and I had a delicious meal with excellent, attentive service and charming, romantic ambience. So great to live in a non-city place that has legit city-quality cuisine and service. Will definitely be back.

first time that we at zoubi. they are on a side street, a little hard to find, drive slow. once we found it, it was great. a quaint small restaurant with charm. outside seating is available when it is warmer and it looked to be set up well. there was a candleabra with 3 real candles on our table. the staff was very nice. we both got the short ribs with scallop noodles. the noodles were made from sea scallops, very unusual. i was not sure what to expect, but we loved it. it was a really great, romantic dinner and i was glad i chose zoubi for my wifes bday celebration.

Had a reservation that was made through OpenTable and it turns out the restaurant wasn’t even open. I received a confirmation text the day before. Very disappointing experience having traveled from out of town for a special night in New Hope.

Wow! What a find! OUTSTANDING on ALL counts! Great food (and presentation), ambience and service! The owner/chef visited each table and presented the entrees! What wonderful meals, presented so beautifully! We will definitely come back in future visits to New Hope. Just sorry we hadn’t tried them sooner!

Not sure why this record says I dined here because I was actually forced to find somewhere else to eat. I had a 9pm reservation, and when I arrived at the restaurant tried and failed for 15 minutes to get a staff member's attention before turning leaving empty-handed. Really disappointing.

What a wonderful evening! My daughter and I have spent an October weekend in New Hop annually starting in 1997. We first tried Zoubie in in 2021 and loved it, but this year was the best yet. We were welcomed by a server who remembered us from the prior year AND remembered that we visit New Hope for my birthday. Amazing! Cocktails were wonderful, and then we enjoyed our appetizer - the evening's special: a classic Ossetra caviar presentation. It was wonderful beyond words. Our entrees were just as good, ad coming from Baltimore, I was delighted that the chef reinvented a classic (huge) crab cake with unexpected flavors and not a speck of shell. This was once of the best meals I have ever had.

The outdoor area was beautiful with a vine covered trellis, real candles on the table, the menu folded over the napkins. The food presentation was both beautiful and appetizing. Fancy dining in a chic rustic home.

The reviews already say it all... Excellent on every point. Outstanding service, food, ambiance. Costs a little more, but worth it. Wonderful special- occasion find! Note: Restroom is upstairs (14 steps), also getting inside the restaurant requires using some steps up on different floor levels.

As my date and I both live a healthy lifestyle, we obviously do not drink alcohol. We were disappointed that Zoubi does not serve non-alcoholic beer. So as such we just drank ice water with lemon. The crunchy salad and tuna poke apps were very good. The octopus app was too soaked in a cream sauce, so we couldn't taste the octopus. Our fish entrees were very good.

I’ve been here 3 years in a row for my Anniversary. The food is always excellent. The service is great as well. Always look forward to going here. The atmosphere and look reminds of a small secluded restaurant in Europe. They treat like your the most important person in the restaurant.
