    Great outside dining experience! The service was wonderful , but I found the menu to be limited and pricey. I ordered the baked oysters and colossal shrimp. The oysters were so disappointing, but the shrimp were very nice.

    This place is amazing. From the moment you step into the romantic garden you feel transported. The food is delicious and he presentation stunning. Every server is top notch and very warm and friendly. Such. Special place.

    We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Zoubi and the experience was absolutely fantastic!! The staff was very friendly, courteous & professional! The ambiance is GREAT, and the food was beyond words!! The menu is limited, but the offerings are unique and delicious. I had the baked oysters, scallops & short ribs - WOW!! My wife enjoyed a Mediterranean chickpea salad and crusted lamb chops over risotto & wild rice. We shared key lime pie for dessert…. everything was exquisite! I HIGHLY recommend!!!

    This may have been the best meal we ever had. Not just the food but the entire experience was absolutely incredible! My husband and I visited New Hope for our 30th anniversary. We wanted to go someplace special. And special it was. We had an early reservation because we were going to the theater to see a show after dinner. And by the way, make a reservation! We sat outside. The ambience was amazing. There are grape vines that make a beautiful canopy over the outside eating area. The tables are spread out and situated so that you have privacy for a very intimate dining experience. It was beautiful for a special occasion diner. Now on to the food. Oh my goodness! Everything was ….perfection! My husband had the Caesar salad and I had the tuna poke for appetizers. Both were incredible. The tuna poke had very fresh raw ahi tuna and veggies, amazing. For dinner we had the crab cake and the Chilean sea bass. Let me just say, the crab cake was the biggest crab cake I have seen. And 99% crab. Delicious. The sea bass was served over creamy mashed potatoes and holy cow. I’ve been dreaming about that dish. We loved every single bite. Unfortunately, we did not save room for dessert, because I’m positive they are amazing! All of the staff are very attentive, knowledgeable and all about the customer. Our waitress was amazing. She was attentive but not overly, friendly and provided great service . This place was so good, we are talking about how we can go back to New Hope, just so we can have dinner at Zoubi.

    Zoubi's is probably one of the most beautiful restaurants I have eaten out. The staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly. They have an extensive wine menu that would please anyone's taste buds. It was truly a wonderful experience all around.

    Casual French flare with an impressive wine list. Cocktails, atmosphere and staff were very good. The food presentation was beautiful, however, the scallop"pasta" was a bit of a stretch and the Zoubi Ceaser Salad was a swing and a miss. Octopus is offered in multiple dishes and I recommend that you experience Zoubi and decide for yourself.

    Overall I give the restraurant an A rating: service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. Although the cost was a bit expensive, I don't mind paying top dollar for excellence. My only negative comment is that I thought the price of the oysters ($68) was too much; the oysters were good, but not THAT good!

    Our experience was phenomenal. It started right when we walked into this quaint spot snd immediately welcomed by the maître de. Se were escorted to our intimate candle-light table and recommended a handful of wonderful wines. After we were helped to handpick our perfect bottle of wine we ordered two appetizers and entrees. The staff were so well knowledge on how everything was prepared from the texture to the taste. The baked oysters and the grilled octopus both dishes where we had no left overs. We then were brought our dishes which were some of the most elevated dishes I’ve ever had. We then concluded the meal with the bill and the two most delicious, fragile macaroons ever. Overall 10/10 experience.

    Best of the best! Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Zoubi. The owner was tremendous right from the start. He greeted us at the bar and sat us at great table. He made us feel extra special. Everyone was super nice and well knowledgeable about the entire menu. There are not many restaurants that my husband and I put on our top top list but this is definitely on that list.

    This was one of the most amazing dining Experiences I have had in a long time; food was amazing; ambience was perfect; and service was perfect. I will definitely be going back here with friends and family and highly recommend to anyone who is in The new hope area!

    Zoubi’s is pure magic. Think about a cozy table in a quaint courtyard in France with candlelight, beautiful stone walls and greenery all around. That is before the superb food arrives served by people who make you feel like your experience is their highest priority! Laurent is a pro in every way and a warm and engaging host. (Not sure if it was a typo or on purpose, but he named my favorite drink after me- the Kit Royal!) Zoubi’s is so special, if I were Michelin I would award 3 * for a unique and memorable experience!

    This is by far our favorite restaurant. My husband & I go here a few times a year and it’s always a wonderful experience. The food is delicious and the service os always attentive & kind. Cocktails are great too. It’s such a special place.

    The service was impeccable, felt like I was in Spain or Italy under grapevines. We shared a salad . Standard greens. Then my husband had the only special which was pork chop the best he ever had. In had the scallop noodle short rib signature for this restaurant rich but delish. Had a bottle of Malbec which she helped me select

    The bread, butter, and sun dried tomato paste to start was amazing. The quality and speed of the service was great. I ordered the 16oz Steak Strip and it was easily the best food I've ever had. 10/10 recommend this restaurant with your significant other or a cute night out.

    We'll be back! Zoubi is a gem in New Hope. Great menu and wine list. Our entrees were delicious, and the service was attentive and fun. We enjoyed perfect weather while out on the patio, which made the ambience magical. Looking forward to our next trip!

    Food is just regular, felt like a huge mess with everything together. Tuna poke- sauce and too many greens were overwhelming the tuna taste. Rib with the scallops pasta don’t know what to make of it. Pasta was just too rubbery. Grilled octopus was mixed with shrimp and grits in a huge mess where the taste of sea food was lost and only taste of grits was left. Service is too slow!!!! Took a while for appetizers to come out and was a long wait for a main course. Ambiance was great.

    Wonderful experience. A cut above your average restaurant. Food, drinks and service were all exceptional. We had the shrimp appetizer, crab cake and short ribs with scallop noodles. Espresso martini and coconut pineapple pudding for dessert. All were excellent. We don’t normally order dessert, but everything was soooo good, we went all in!

    What a perfect dining experience. The setting, a garden patio, is beautifully lit with candles and low lighting if the weather permits, otherwise a nice indoor area is available. The wait staff were very attentive, informative, and pleasant. Every dish we had was exceptional. My friend and I shared an appetizer, grilled octopus which was made into a refreshing cold salad. We shared two entrees, sea bass over a cauliflower purée, the fish was cooked to perfection, and we also tried one of their “house specialties”, scallop pasta with short ribs. The pasta is made from scallops, no flour. Amazing taste and texture! The short rib added a nice flavor to the sauce, but it was the “pasta” that made the dish exceptional and could be served entirely on its own. For dessert we had a layered chocolate mousse and crème treat! We will certainly return!

    Have always wanted to try Zoubi ever since the first time visiting New Hope. We snagged a last minute reservation and were excited to try the menu. Zoubi did not disappoint. The entrance through an antique gate onto a carpet of grass that lead into courtyard covered with grapevines was a total wow factor! We were greeted with joy by owner Laurent whose love for exquisite cuisine and attention to detail was present throughout the evening. Our server Lillian was a skilled conversationalist who knew the art of hospitality. She was super attentive and made us feel at home. The ambiance is transcendent and made us feel like we were in a small French village with old friends. And then the food. I had the Shrimp & Grits Octopus and my wife ordered the Scallop Noodle & Short Ribs. Both were delicious but the noodle made out of scallops was extraordinary! The meal was perfectly paired with a Spanish Red , D. Ventura Viñas do Burato 2020. Delicious! Thanks to the excellent ambit, hospitality and menu, we will definitely be back! Highly recommend. 👍🏼
