- PPer JesperMontreal / Quebec •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoHad the three-course. I loved the food -- fresh, light, and entertaining. Came away feeling satiated but not heavy. Well balanced service, paid really good attention to our group, without being too much either. Will def go again.More infoLa FabriquePrice: Expensive• Bistro• Plateau Mont-Royal•4.7

- JJohnCincinnati / Dayton •1 review5.0Dined on Mar 22, 2025I saw Salle Climatisée described on a list somewhere as like "attending an unfussy dinner party," and that was a pretty spot on description. The space is tiny and feels very homey, the kitchen is behind the bar so if you're sitting at a bar seat you can see the chefs in action. The leeks with sunflower vinaigrette was breathtaking, potatoes with periwinkles and roasted duck breast also excellent. Great all around!More infoSalle ClimatiséePrice: Expensive• Bistro• Little Italy•4.8
