Best Contemporary Mexican Restaurants in Victory Park

Another great dinner was enjoyed by my husband and I. The fajitas and tacos were both delicious. Service was good as usual. Love dining on the large patio.

The staff was polite and friendly. The decorations are rather interesting to me and my wife. The food was great! It’s definitely a regional Mexican restaurant, not TexMex. The carne asada was ordered medium rare and was cooked better than most chain steakhouses. It was very tender and full of flavor. The waitress was very polite and professional, but also friendly. This restaurant is a bit out of the way for us, but it was worth the trip.

Had been to ECE several times but had a friend in town from Nashville and wanted him to try it. We did the new tasting menu and it was just fab. The Som suggested a Barolo for our wine and it was perfect. The tasting included chef’s selections from the sea and land. The pork dish in particular was outstanding, but each course was good. A sorbet of cactus came as a palette cleanser mid meal, and it’s completely refreshing. The dessert was a wonderfully different take on a tres leches cake. So great. Highly recommend.

This is my son's favorite restaurant and he picks it every year for his birthday. We are never disappointed! The food and service are outstanding.

Girlfriends out for a night to catch up. Our food was delicious. I had the tortilla soup and it was plenty for two people. Limited on wine selections but it is a Mexican food place so they were high on drink and margarita options which is great. Staff were nice and friendly and loved that they paid for our parking. Such a nice touch! I will be back.
