Best Georgian Restaurants in Chelsea, New York City

Second time coming back here and definitely not the last. The food is absolutely wonderful — everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. The atmosphere feels cozy and welcoming, almost like being invited into someone’s home. The natural Georgian wines were incredible and absolutely worth trying, especially if you enjoy bold, full-bodied reds. Also wanted to give a special shoutout to our server/gentleman who took care of us both times we visited. He was genuinely warm, knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the entire experience even more special. We truly appreciated his recommendations and hospitality. Such a lovely place overall. Highly recommend.

Went for dinner last night and it felt like exactly the right place to be. Traditional Georgian flavors done beautifully, with just enough modern notes to keep things interesting. Feels both authentic and alive. My favorite dishes of the night were the kharcho ,bold, aromatic, packed with flavor and the trout tartare, which was an excellent starter, honestly one of the best things I’ve eaten in a while. A great example of how they bring modern touches without losing what makes Georgian food special. Great spot to go with friends easy, relaxed, the kind of place where the night just flows naturally. The wine selection is excellent too, really well chosen. Service was warm and attentive, making it a great setting whether you’re catching up with friends or having a business dinner. The kind of dinner that reminds you why you love eating out.
