Our Chef’s take inspiration from Billy Madison who drew a blue duck because he had never seen one before, and he wanted to see a blue duck! Well, since our chefs love classic Adam Sandler humor and innovative cooking, we thought that Bleu Duck was the perfect name to showcase our fun environment and staff as well as our unique and creative menu. Another outstanding meal at Mill Valley Kitchen, accompanied by beautiful live piano playing on a relatively calm Friday night… A lovely experience! We were able to carry conversations with our friends easily, not always possible at busy restaurants. We really enjoyed the healthy menu options: shareable hummus plate with fabulous flatbread and fresh hummus, tasty veggie spring rolls with peanut, and delicious seabass and salmon entrées, perfectly prepared. We love the shot glass dessert options, a unique treat and just enough for a little something sweet. Our server Laura is always a delight, attentive and cheerful… We'll be back, for sure!

My eighth time here. The highlight of my visits to Mayos. I’ve experienced most items on the menu, all of which have been superb. The many servers I’ve had are well-versed on the menu, professional, and welcoming attitude.

We had thought about Chesters several times over the last year as we made many visits to the Mayo. Finally, on what we hope was our last visit, we went. Wow, I had the beef stroganoff and my wife had the shrimp healthy bowl. A friend had the prime rib. Everything was fantastic!! We made a mistake by not going sooner.
