Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Aspen / Strathcona / West Springs

First time there for brunch. The food is super delicious and the portions are a good size. Really well done! Will be going back.

Our group of four recently enjoyed Gatsby's six-course tasting menu with the wine pairing, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Every course was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious, showcasing exceptional creativity, flavor, and attention to detail. The wine pairing was equally impressive. The sommelier took the time to explain each selection, why it was chosen, and how it complemented the dish, which added a thoughtful and educational element to the evening. While Gatsby's is certainly not inexpensive, we felt the value was entirely appropriate for the level of food, service, and overall experience. For a special occasion or memorable night out, it's well worth it.

I brought my daughter who is newly 18 out for a grown up dinner. We were warmed by the fire and loved the atmosphere and history of the place. The server was very professional and gave us lovely service though I did feel that the kitchen may have been slammed as everyone showed up at once. Regardless, the food was extraordinary. I enjoyed the duck breast and my daughter had the Arctic char and both were perfectly prepared and the accompaniments completely fabulous. It was a wonderful meal and we will be back when we are next in Calgary.

We always love coming to Borough and we always have such a great experience. All the staff are tremendous, and our server Hannah was phenomenal! Some of the best service we have received since coming to Borough, we've had our fair share of servers over the years, but Hannah was outstanding. Big shout out to the kitchen as well, our entire party enjoyed all the food, everything tasted amazing. We had a great night dining at the Borough, and it definitely won't be our last. Hope to have Hannah again next time!! 10/10!

We had the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairings, and everything was phenomenal! Highly recommend this place.
