Taylorsville Restaurants

The area where the city of Taylorsville now sits was originally settled by pioneers back in the mid-1800s, but it was not officially incorporated until much more recently in the mid-1990s. As part of the Salt Lake City metropolitan area, the city boasts numerous and varied dining options with the more prevalent styles being contemporary American, seafood and Italian. Several of the seafood places are more of a surf-n-turf theme as they also offer steak and other meat dishes. Grills, pizzerias, bistros, fusion spots and cafes are common sights as are Asian and Mexican places. The atmosphere and decor at many local restaurants are inviting whether the style is rustic and homey or upscale and opulent.
